Over many years I have bought and sold over nine sailboats, seven through brokers. Recently Captain Randy and Sara sold my boat at it’s full listed price (with additional back up full price offers). This was a quality boat priced at the top end of the market. The Dreamboat team was able to demonstrate the value of the boat in a professional and knowledgeable manner. From the day it listed it sold in under thirty days, in this market, during the winter. Captain Randy and Sara are honest, ethical, and a pleasure to work with for both the seller and buyer. I cannot recommend them highly enough. This was a pleasant experience, not s drawn out root canal which the majority of my experiences have been with brokers and Craigslist hull kickers. Best 10% I ever spent. They earned it.

My wife and I would HIGHLY recommend Randy for any aspect of purchasing or selling of a boat. We received top notch service from finding and purchasing our boat, working with the previous owner and selling our old boat. He knows his stuff and adds his own personal touch.

My wife and I had an appointment in Point Roberts that we needed to make and had little trust in the public ferry from Bellingham. An acquaintance suggested we call Dream Boat and book a voyage with Captain Randy. Randy and his crewman, Ryan, were professional, courteous and expert sailors. Both the trips to and from the Point were quick and easy. Should we find ourselves with a need to get back to the Point again before the border reopens, we would not hesitate to book another trip with TDBYC. I cannot recommend their service highly enough.

I am located in Juneau Alaska and found the Dream Boat Company online. Randy and his team were very helpful through a very complicated process.The vessel was licensed in Canada with Canadian owners, sold to me who lives in Juneau Alaska. The boat was in Blaine WA with no trailer, thus no way to get it to me in Alaska.After closing on the boat, Randy found and sold us a new, custom-built trailer, wrapped the boat for the journey. Delivered the boat and trailer from Blaine to Seattle where he dropped the boat and trailer off with Alaska Marine Lines for me. After a 900-mile barge ride (about 5 days) our new boat was in Juneau Alaska, safe and sound.Huge thank you to Randy and his team. My wife and I own an adventure tour company in Alaska and this will not be the last boat we purchase from Randy.

Captain Randy and his staff were just amazing to work with. From the first call he was honest and professional. More like buying a boat from a trusted friend than a dealer.Randy has extensive knowledge regarding boat systems and of course operations. He walked us through the initial visit to the boat, helped with the mechanical surveyor and taught us a lot of things during the Sea Trials.When we sell and buy another boat, I’ll be asking Randy for his help in all transactions.I do not leave reviews often... I can’t recommend Randy and his team at Dream Boat highly enough. Randy is a rare straight-shooter in the yacht sales business. He understands the importance of trust and truly cares about all parties in the deal, the buyer, the seller, and the boat! He and his team made buying my Ocean 40 a great experience. He was transparent and forthcoming with information. He facilitated a survey and sea trial at short notice and made arrangements so that the deal could close while I was traveling in Australia. Randy even went the extra yards and made sure the ship was secure when I couldn’t get there - checking on bilge pumps, heaters, and putting chafe protectors on dock lines when the weather turned bleak. Randy is a first-class gentleman all the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the Dream Boat Company again.

I purchased a 36' Regal from The Dream Boat Company recently. Purchasing a vessel is a big (a little scary) commitment. The first thing I noticed is that the vessel had been represented, in advertising, exactly how I found it to be in person. Which was a relief, as I was traveling from Seattle to see the boat. It was always easy to get in touch with Capt Randy (the broker), he knew his stuff, and he was very honest about everything from beginning to end.I had to have third parties do some steps for me in my absence and it was wonderful to feel confident that I didn't need to 'watch my back' with regard to the selling process. The Dream Boat Company even sent me some items they'd found, long after the sale - simply because it was the right thing to do. It seems that they do care more about doing right" business

Cannot recommend enough! Hired Captain Randy and team to transport a four member team to Point Roberts. Experienced professional with a great attitude and terrific boat. We had almost 1,000 lbs of equipment and luggage which easily fit on the boat. We also had a last-minute schedule change and Capt. Randy was able to run at night for us. Night-runs can be tricky, but we felt safe the entire time. Paid extra for the night-run but price for daytime transport to/from Point Roberts was comparable to others we looked at.
