Last winter I spent hundreds of dollars on No-Mess Birdseed. I was delighted with it. There was literally no mess left on my deck. This year I again spent hundreds of dollars on No-Mess birdseed. My deck is disgusting. See the attached photos. The first photo shows what I have swept up so far. I am now told that because of snow and squirrels I have the mess. I had snow and squirrels last year. The head office tells me that I should have purchased the No-Mess, millet free seed. Apparently the No-Mess seed with millet is not no-mess. No one ever told me this before. Be very careful when you purchase the No-Mess seed. My deck will have to be professionally power washed.

I would like to share my recent excellent experience with Wild Birds Unlimited (Kitchener, Ontario) I called the store because I was trying to order online but for some reason it wont let me put in my credit card. I spoke to Cathy and she placed my order for me and took my credit card info. I received the order on my door step within 45 minutes of me placing the order through the phone. I am extremely happy with my experience. It's awesome that I can still enjoy watching birds at my bird feeders during these difficult times that we are in right now. Thank you Cathy!

Owner of the store is super unprofessional and unkind. I have been to this store many times, always trying to give it a chance but this is my last straw. The owner is so slow processing transactions. She takes her time with certain customers and is rude and unkind to others, based on how much money she believes you to be spending. In addition, the return policy she enforces is completely different from what is on the website. She makes absolutely no exchanges or returns and blames covid, as well as insults you in the process. I could go on about how awful this business is being managed however I actually have a life to get on with unlike the owner. My wife and I will not be returning.

I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE, THE MANAGER HAS NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS AND LACKS ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONE OF THE WORKERS THREW BIRD SEED IN MY EYE AND PROCEEDED TO LAUGH. DON'T COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED AND HUMILIATED.

I purchased a bird feeder from Wild Birds Unlimited on Sunday, and it arrived 3 days later with free shipping, and a nice personalized and hand written note thanking me for supporting them. Beyond my expectations (and I even think they personally delivered. Thank you! I'll shop again for sure.

I was not impressed by the way our checkout occured. We were pushed aside because some guy threatened to leave. Was a sale that important that we were disrespected? Money seemed to talk louder here than treating a customer with respect. This is exactly what she showed us. I will not forget that self satisfied look that man had in his eyes as he left the store.

Great store; staff very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Partly reason I continued feeding and enjoying birds of all kinds. Saved $$$ in long run mainly: 1) Squirrel Buster - it really works; 2) buy Wild Birds’ food - there’s no filler like other foods I had been buying. You’ll know because less refilling and nothing but hulls on the ground (and no weird growth from unwanted seed). Birds eat everything; you don’t pay for filler
