It's worth checking H&H out. Great inventory for its size and Matt is very helpful and a passionate guy full of knowledge. Good prices, and fantastic service.

Great customer service. I came here for my fishing license, and my outdoors card. The process took less than five minutes. The gentleman is very knowledgeable and friendly. This will definitely be my new fishing store in the future just because of this experience! Thanks!

I went and purchased 2 dozen medium sized minnows today .. the gentleman advised me he threw in an extra dozen as some of them were dying. so i figured sure why not. To my frustration i got them home and 3 hours later i had a lousy 6 of the 3 dozen still living.. they were stored in a cool dark area. i called and the gentleman and he said ya ive been having trouble with them... im losing 50 to 100lbs a week.." i asked him why he never told me that when i made the 30 min trek to him.. he had no answer and said best he could do is give me another 2 dozen to try.. like really.?? why so they can die again.. Dont sell them if your having trouble keeping them alive.. #SOFRUSTRATED. This use to be my go to... not so much anymore . I support smaller businesses for sure and i wanna kerp coming back thats for sure. he offered 2 free dozen to fix the situation. so ill try again. wish me luck."

We stopped by to grab hubby a new rod and some tackle for of all of us. WOW is all I can say. The gentlemen in the store were beyond wonderful. They were very helpful and knowledgeable!!! I would 100% recommend this store for all your fishing needs! They have a huge selection and you cannot beat that customer service!!!!! We will be back!

I can only comment on their supply of worms and their service. Their quality of service was excellent. The worms were huge and were fairly priced. I would highly recommend H & H Tackle.

Matt the owner is a very experienced fisherman that knows exactly what you need support your local fishing stores you go to Canadian Tire and ask about a luer they know nothing H&H has the best live bait in town you don't want to get half dead worms from gas station or convenience store that have sat there for who-knows-how-long Matt packs worms constantly have bought worms there and had them live in my fridge for 2 months SUPPORT LOCAL!!!!!!

Went in to buy a rod for Xmas. Had great Black Friday deals! The person working was super helpful and knowledgeable. Won't go anywhere else to buy any fishing gear.

I have been going there for a couple years he was originally on Colburn Street east of Brantford follow them to his other new location on Colburn Street I have to give them one star as I bought A planer board where I didn’t have the spring mechanism to work the flag unfortunately he ordered through his suppliers not knowing this , that model requires you to buy mechanism at an extra cost , if I would’ve known that I wouldn’t of bought it he didn’t offer any refund knowing I was not very satisfied or any credit if I can return the item you lost a customer also your reputation
