Had an incident" (user error) that resulted in a blown rear tire and tube 20km away from home but thankfully I was around the corner from Enduro Sports. I was greeted with enthusiasm and only a little bit of poking fun at the unfortunate circumstances that led me to be standing there with a 4 inch hole blown through my rear tire. They had my tires and tubes replaced and me back on my way in under 30 minutes

Very nice staff and did a great bike fit for my wife but was not happy at all with the tune up on my bike. I posted a review and got a very quick response. I will definitely shop here again and appreciate the great customer service and attention which i find one doesn’t always get from local bike shops in Toronto. Enduro has great customer service.

Amazing shop. Had never been before but they were the only spot that had a bike I was looking at in my size, so I made the trip from Barrie to visit. Ben had already set aside the bike for me and was eager for me to check it out. He was friendly and helpful and obviously enjoys meeting and talking to customers. Matt tuned up the bike for me and even took me on a little tour of the neighborhood to try the bike out on some nearby hills.It's not often I go somewhere with the intent to drop a bunch of money but when I do I like to feel valued and appreciate people taking the time to talk to me and answer any questions I have. I would put Enduro Sport squarely in the above and beyond" category. A store I would and will happily return to and give my business to. Thanks guys!"

Excellent service and great communication from the team at Enduro Sport. From the get go, Matt was able to source a Cervelo that was limited in colour and build of my preference. He and the team managed to deliver everything I had asked for in a timely manner while keeping me informed along the journey. A great thank you to the Enduro Team!

Took my bike to Enduro (which I bought from another shop) for a bike fitting. The staff at Enduro treated me very respectfully and answered all of my questions and concerns. Enduro not only caters to high-end cyclists and triatheletes, but also to people who are interested in moderate and city riding. Will be taking my business there from now on.

I could not find the bike we wanted at our local dealer, or anywhere in the United States (our local dealer’s supply person could not either). I reached out Enduro Sports who stated that they did have the bike in stock, in the size and color we were looking for. Mike worked with us to switch the brakes and other things we wanted. He was responsive to all my emails, and very easy to work with. Mike provide links to some tutorials on how to assemble the bike (especially with the disk brakes). He shipped the bike to the US, and it was very well packaged and protected. I was able to take it out of the box, assemble, and my wife took it out for a spin.I would highly recommend Enduro Sport for your cycling needs.

I went in today to buy some wetsuit sealant and was experiencing bike issues when I got there. I had the bike fixed at another place and was still experiencing the same issue and they fixed it for me no problem. Will make the trip to them any time I need my bike taken care of. Thank you!

Extremely courteous and knowledgeable staff. I bought my first road bike ever and Chris did the fitting on my first. I did not realize how many adjustments come into play to make the riding experience comfortable. He even swapped the saddle and stem to my liking. Chris was extremely patient with my questions and bike adjustments. I do highly recommend Enduro Sports to anyone who is already or wants to get into biking. Seamless experience!!!
