We started working with Susan and her team approximately 1 month before our wedding, and they truly helped to tie together all the loose ends. She helped to coordinate a number of tasks leading up to our big weekend, including getting canvasses/welcome signs printed, keeping us on pace to complete our to-do lists, and working directly with all of our vendors.Her experience in the field and familiarity working with our venues and other vendor certainly helped ensure a smooth weekend as a whole. She communicated often with us, and her whole staff was very professional working with our families and friends.Most importantly, on the actual days of our events, they arrived early to our homes and to the venue(s) to ensure everything was setup, and that we stuck to our schedule. The kept us notified every step of the way, and were always visible to us or our family members if we needed anything.We debated hiring planners for a while leading up to our wedding - but working with Susan, Ruchika, and Brittany was one of the best decisions we ended up making. I would highly recommend them to anyone going through the process planning a wedding!

We had Susan start about 6 weeks out from our wedding. Even before that she was available to give us vendor recommendation. Her and her team were nothing short of incredible. Susan gets things done. She is professional and takes what she does seriously. She made sure no detail was left undone and reminded us about things we did not consider. She has vast industry connections and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had with vendors. I felt at ease knowing she was there. Her and her team were punctual, organized, calm and helped our events run flawlessly. Susan and Ruchika were absolutely amazing to work with. You can see the excitement in their eyes, they are on top of every detail. While we were setting setup and creating the same day edit, these girls went out to get us coffee and food. Very calm personality and they kept the couple fully updated on the events. Susan and the Beyoutiful girls are the best! We've developed a professional relationship over the past few years over mutual clients and it's always a relief when we work together. She's extremely knowledgeable of all the big and intimate details it takes to to have a successful event. When nothing surprises your wedding/event planner, then you know you're working with talent!

Susan and her team were amazing to deal with. With a month left to the wedding, we were filled with anxiety about how it would all go and how all the small things (that we may not have even been aware of) would get done. The minute we had our call with Susan we felt taken care of and assured that all would go well. Susan took the weight off our shoulders and went out of her way to ensure that we had the day that we wanted. I had a great experience working with Beyoutiful beginnings! Susan and her team worked very hard at making my day one to remember and until this day, my family and friends still comment on my 2 day wedding! They definitely went above and beyond their job duties to ensure that all my needs were met along with my husband and the entire wedding party. They came out to several banquet hall meetings, helped with delivery and set up of decor at my hindu wedding and my reception venue, helped create many visual signs, and sat in on many family meetings surrounding food choices, decor, guest lists and event timings. Most importantly, having Susan oversee vital details of the wedding process made us feel stress free for both of those events! I would most certainly hire Beyoutiful Beginnings again! Susan and her team could not have pulled off a better wedding which was absolutely flawless! After almost a year of being married, I'm happy to say that me and my husband are happier than we've ever been and I'm sure that is linked to having Beyoutiful Beginnings by our side during the entire wedding process!
