Hot chocolate was more like warm milk, and the breakfast sandwich took 10 minutes and I was the only person in line.

robins is much worse then tims, no doubt, but it was fast, and the people there where very nice to me and my dad when we went, so here is a 4 star!

Good quality and delicious Bismark sweets. Service is not carefully listening to orders. Better control your orders. But aside that good store.

As a senior who is retired, I stop here usually three or four times a week because the people are so friendly and accommodating. I Much prefer the homey and friendly environment to what you often find in many other coffee shops.Their pizza bagels and apple fritters are amazing. Sadly, they no longer make their delicious oat bars. At one point they were making very delectable oat cookies, but they have disappeared as well.Overall, they do a super job and my thanks to the great and friendly staff!

Great place to stop, they've coffee, Coney burgers, poutine, carrot cake, old fashioned plain donuts. What else do you need? Robins and Hodder Greeks might be a better combo than Swiss chalet and Harvey's.

Meatball sub was horrendous,Mini doughnuts were burnt more then bbq ribs. I strongly recommend avoiding this place on your way into Thunder Bay. Many good options down the road.
