Susan is the very best, most caring and amazing ! It was our first time leaving our kitten who is 5 months. She was so reassuring, understanding and took us through everything and made sure we felt comfortable before we left our Kenai there for the weekend. I called to check on him and she gave me a great update, and again, made sure I felt reassured! Kenai was so well taken care of and I am excited we found Susan to be part of Kenai's life! Thank you again Susan! You truly care so much for every cat in your care and it shows!!

Just went to have a look at the place and talk to the owner as we may need to house out cat from time to time. Overall it felt good. The owner had a very excitable personality. The place was nice and clean and she had lots of cats housed already. Some short term and some long term. We will try it out soon and give you an update

Susan was amazing at facilitating my cat’s boarding experience. I have Bengal cat which means high energy and special attention. Susan met my cats needs magnificently and sent me video updates of his well-being. Will definitely bring Ace here again! Great service and very reasonable prices! Thanks Susan ❤️

Cat seems to like it. Looked happy when we went to pick him up. However he did come back sneezing so not sure if he picked up something there or it was the stress of being in a new place. Will see how he feels next time we use this place. Overall it's not a bad place.

Susan is very great! The place's price is affordable and the room is nice. Susan regularly sends me videos of how well my cat Joojoo doing and Susan brushes Joojoo's hair and is very friendly to her. Joojoo stayed at the cat hotel for 3 months and loved it there.

Susan is the best. I have left my cats Marvin and Robin in her care multiple times now and they have had no issues with the place. They seemed happy there and happy when they were back home. The place is clean, well maintained and she provides timely updates on how the cats are doing. Could not be happier with the care and attention she gives to the cats. I would definitely recommend this place

My cat Rocco had a great time here while I was away. Susan gives the cats lots of attention and took great care of my cat. I will definitely put Rocco here in the future if I am in need of a cat inn.
