The staff must be on commission. As soon as you walk in, they're on you. It's not a very big store, and your not left alone yo browse.

Very poor customer service with horrible employees who argue with each other in front of customers. There was a mix up at the till and wasn't even given an apology.

I honestly think that the manager and her staff deserve 10/5 starts but I can’t give more than 5. They are always go over and beyond for their customers!!! I have been to tons of Hot Topics and never got the service that I got here! Not only is the service by far the best, this store is by far the most organized. I have never seen a store so organized in my life!!!!! So many hot topics are a mess but this one is in categories and sorted by size, absolutely fantastic!!!!!Keep up the great work!

A bit cramped but the place is full of stuff for your angsty teenager. Was able to find an amazing Metallica shirt for somewhat fair prices.
