Have to express my gratitude! For the first time since having my vehicle I managed to lock my keys, phone and just about everything else in my car while I got gas...Lucky for me their shop was right around the corner and one of the crew members drove right over to give me a hand. I cannot say how thankful I was that they were able to take care of it so quickly and professionally. I wish more shops were like that, thanks again - if I ever need service I’ll be coming by, first impressions mean a lot.

I have been a client of mike and ralphs for well over 15 years. they are the most professional and honest mechanics I have ever met. I would recommend them to anybody that needs work or service on any new or older automobiles. if you try their service you will be happy you tried them out. I know they have saved me a lot of money in car repairs and service over the years. thanks guys.

I've been going to Ontario Tire and Auto Repair for a few years now and I always recommend them to my friends and family. They've helped me EVERY TIME I have needed them. And I have needed them a lot. They don't judge me and keep fixing my car that I probably should get rid of. I don't drive often so replacing it doesn't make sense at this time. They send me oil change reminders which are helpful. I recently learned that they are active in the community and offer my kids high school a scholarship to the automotive department for graduates. I think that's pretty awesome. They are honest and reliable. They don't hound you either. During the start of Covid I had a hard time getting down to pick up my car and they were patient in waiting for me. They always tell you what needs to be done before doing it and it is your final say. They're respectful and my go to always.
