Who's Your Trainer?
Dave is an amazing trainer with decades of experience. He really connects with the clients 1 on 1 and makes them feel very comfortable. I trained with Dave for over a year and I could see results month by month. He's made me stronger and has increased my endurance by a large degree. I've worked with PTs before and Dave is definitely a cut above the rest. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in London who is working towards a fitness goal.

If you are looking for a PT that is willing to listen, push you when needed, Dave is the man. He is passionate about his work, brings a depth of knowledge that translates in great results as a client.As an RMT for over 10 years mostly working in rehab clinics, I appreciate his understanding of the human anatomy, proper form and importance of recovery. Best I felt in my over 20 plus years of working out!

Who's Your Trainer?
Dave has been my trainer for years, and as a result of his guidance, support and encouragement, my confidence and approach to my personal fitness has strengthened both in and outside of the gym. When I began working with Dave, I was a novice. However over the course of my time training with him, Dave has encouraged me to tackle new challenges and has supported me to reach new fitness goals while always remaining mindful of my current ability. Because of his personable approach, his expertise and the friendly atmosphere he’s established, I am able to trust in the process and feel successful along the way. Dave recognizes my abilities and knows when to push me and when to allow me to gain more confidence at the stage I’m at before tackling a new challenge, which is something that I appreciate. His approach as my trainer has also allowed me to take risks outside of the gym and try new physical activities, such as running, because I know I’m capable and my approach to training is a transferable skill that benefits all other aspects of my life. I look forward to the time spent training with Dave’s guidance and thus I’m a “lifer” and he is stuck with me.

I know the owner, Mr. Dave. He is a legenary personal trainner. 20 years working in this town as a coach, he knows how to work with customers, on bodybuilding or strength training. DEFINITELY worthy training with him!

I started training with Dave in 2012 when I had chronic neck and shoulder pain from poor posture and sitting at a computer all day. Dave helped strengthen my back to fix my posture, which greatly lessened the pain that I was in. I continued to train with Dave after the neck/shoulder pain had been dealt with because it was fun to see how strong I could become. I’ve gotten so strong that I have become the fun aunt who can give piggy back rides with ease. Overall, I’ve stayed training with Dave for the past decade because the personalized programs keep me challenged and I know he will keep me accountable so I meet my fitness goals. — thanks Dave!

I have had the opportunity to train with Dave for several years now. He is an outstanding trainer and will provide you with the insight, direction and motivation to reach your goals. It’s more than just counting reps and setting weights, regardless of where you are in your fitness a journey Dave will make you better and push you further then you thought possible, creating habits along the wall that carry outside the gym and permeate the rest of your daily routine.
