Sally’s is the only place I can get certain key products and usually have what I need.While most of the staff is nice and helpful, there is one person in particular who soured both my husband and I’s experience, don’t know the name but yikes. We will not be going back.

I want to give a huge shout out to Marissa at the Kingston location. After my online order got completely messed up, I went in store to purchase the supplies I needed. Marissa was the real MVP and helped me get all the products I needed. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Amazing job.

Went in to purchase extensions yesterday. The lady at the front counter didn't know anything about extensions and she had the hair dresser come out to clarify that the HairTensity human hair blend didn't shed or tangle...(which it does) she didn't even come to speak with me, she just said no they don't tangle and shed from down the isle. Staff are clueless, the extensions suck, and were a complete waste of money.

Exchanged a Collab foundation that wouldn't pump for the exact same item, as per their (usually) amazing guarantee. When I got home I noticed that I was charged extra for literally the exact same product that I was returning because it was defective. I haven't had this problem at any other Sally location.Also I love all the fake reviews dated the exact same time boosting this location's rating.

Always willing to help me find the perfect gift for the girlfriend! Highly recommended based on the quality of their staff! To top it off the girlfriend has always been happy with just about any of the products she has received. Thanks again Sally's Kingston!

Had to quickly stop by and get some builder gel for my nails, the two young women working tonight were very wonderful. Extremely kind and helpful. They let me know about the product I wanted, and then some products like it. They also weren’t irritated at all when I stopped by very close to closing time, so I am extremely grateful for that. I get what it’s like working in customer service!

I was just in the store this Friday ( Black Friday) I asked the manager in the store about some hair products, I asked her what her opinion on them wereShe shrugged her shoulders and said some love it some hate itI then picked up the hair straightener and asked if this was the one for $50 she said yesMy purchases should have been well under $100.My total was $115My fault I didn’t question it but my head was cloudy, as I was just given some really bad news a hour priorWhen I called back I was basically told I was sol because it wasn’t Friday anymore, I couldn’t exchange it for the one that was on sale because it was a Black Friday deal and it wasn’t Friday any longer.Their staff aren’t knowledgeable about their products and they don’t stand by their products.I will boycott Sally’s from here on outIt was the store in Kingston Ontario, on Taylor Kidd blvd

I asked my gift card balance and they said it wasn’t swiping correctly and I had to call customer service. The lady seemed annoyed and bored- and she was the assistant manager! When I called the customer service number on their website the robot asked for my SIN number! I will never return to that store!

If I could give a zero I would. Staff had no knowledge of products. When I called to say what staff recommended was not what I asked for (I was very clear when asking) I was told there is nothing they can do. No apologies. No attempt to correct mistake. You are better off ordering from amazon or using e-salon its cheaper.

I have been a customer of Sally Beauty - Kingston now for many years. I won't go anywhere else for products. They always have a great supply of stock and ALL the employees are very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful if I have any questions. Not too mention the fact that they are all so friendly. I've never gone in that store once and not been greeted with a smile and a Hello
