Pine River Laundromat

Washer one and two eat quarters and don't finish their cycle washer three and four are out of order and have been for over a week. washer number 7 leaks washer number 8 has been out of order for 4 weeks that's a full month dryer 10 doesn't heat correctly dryer 11 bottom doesn't heat at all and dryer 13 only eats quarters and does not turn on. The place is not kept clean and there is no listing for maintenance number or complaint. The only reason this gets a single star is because it's open 24 hours.

MY WASH machines rubber door gasket at my cabin had a leak so I was desperate to wash 2 loads of laundry quick. I googled places near by. Well Pequot MN was the closest. So I went there and it’s non existent.Then up to Pine River I go. “Open 24 hours a day”. Wow I thought maybe this will work.What a treat to walk into. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. 7 or 8 wash machines total. 7 out of order. The one that I assumed was working took my $4.50 of quarters and the asked for $.50 more. So I put it in and nothing happened. I then called the recording and it said “for refunds fill out the form by utility room and we refund once a month”. Guess what? No forms. Oh by the way the toilet was clogged up with multiple stools just sitting there. So gross. Do not go here it is a business obviously on the brink of bankruptcy. So save your money. The only thing working in his pit was the he open sign and the change machine. How ironic. Total scam. What a disservice to such a nice quaint town of Pine River MN.On a good note the owner did Venmo me $5 fast. But I give no excuses for a poor facility.

This place is a mess. Seven machines don't work. Machines are dirty. Floor dirty.Bathroom dirty. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed of not having working machines saying repairmen are busy.

It's a small place. 3 bigger washers. Few small top load machines. Always Clean.and so far never been to packed.

It's not a laundromat any longer, it's the Damsite Supper Club. Great food, great service, Damsite burger was the BOMB!!!!!

I wish it didn't have so many washers out of order

Too many machines down. It's small as it is but to have 4 out of 6 small dryers out and 1 of 2 of the 40 lb washers down is unacceptable.

it's not open 24 hours. need to post new hours. I came in to do my laundry before work and they were locked up. open sign was lit up. disappointed!

Dryers worked well but the two big dryers have issues, both of which ripped me off. I started placing quarters into #10 - a couple of dollars worth, at least - when I noticed it says Clean Lint." So I put about a dollar or so more of them into #9 when it jammed and I noticed that the deposit vault is not sitting securely in its place

Out of towner that stopped in to wash all the dirty clothes before heading home. Had an issue with one of the washers but upon contacting customer service, the issue was resolved promptly. Great Customer Service!!Facilities are clean and bright, not dingy. Love the sizes of washers and dryers!
