Had an old Cogeco account that needed to get dealt with, dealing with this company is terrible. Call in and always get a rude French representative after pressing for English. They fight with you to take your money if the person handling your account isn't working that day, you get hung up on almost everytime you call and it takes them months to send you a confirmation that your debt has been paid off or settled. What a joke of a company and the worst experience of my life.

Scam and Fraudulent company! Called me claiming I owed intact insurance 85 dollars. Told arm I never had an account with intact insurance and they are not authorized to collect on behalf of intact. Called and emailed intact insurance. Intact insurance reconfirmed I never had an account with intact and intact insurance confirmed they do not use arm collection agency.Pat Rene is a vp at this company.Kelly Pothier is an executive assistant at this company.Nicolas Boisvert is a programmer a this company.Jean-Francois Gingras is the president at this company

They will call you 2-3 times a day until you respond to them, then take 3-5 months to confirm if the money was received and claim closed. Ignorant and unprofessional, not worth your kindness, respect, money or time. Never again, beware to all who this company calls, if you have debts to pay, work with a company who actually respects you.

Mauvaise information. Laisse des taches au dossier de plusieurs personnes à leurs insus J'ai appris 4 ans plus tard que javais supposément un compte avec eux. Personne ne m'a jamais contacté. De plus le compte en question est plus que louche puisque je ne fesait meme plus affaire avec la compagnie en question. Ce qui veux dire quil on touché a mon score de credit sans scrupule et sans raison durant toute ses années
