The entire reason this review is 5 star is because of their representative Kazi Islam.I had to call on BIG when I was shopping around for car insurance. Everyone else was giving me INSANE prices ranging anywhere from $300 to well OVER $500 a MONTH! As a 26 year old female (driving since I was 16) with no at fault collisions or tickets on my record buying a 12 year old car, I found this to be ridiculous. By the time I called Kazi I was at my witts end, but his patience and amazing communication skills turned the nightmare around.As it turns out, Auto Plus had made a mistake back in 2019 and put my only accident (which was deemed to be NOT at fault by Johnson Insurance) down as an at fault collision. Every other broker and insurance representative I spoke with had this information available and NOT A SINGLE ONE before Kazi Islam (and by association BIG) told me about this issue so that I could contact Auto Plus to rectify the situation. Kazi even went so far as to trust me (and a word of mouth Letter of Experience from Johnson Insurance) before the Auto Plus report was changed or I could aquire a written Letter of Experience, so that I could get my car insurance within a decent time frame as I work and require a car a LOT.In addition to this, Kazi also used his day off on Easter weekend (Saturday) to ensure I was insured the moment I picked up my new used car. I can not sing his customer service skills enough praise! I only hope that BIG knows what an amazing employee they have because I have nothing but good things to say about Kazi Islam.Thank you so much for everything Kazi!

Ali Malik is an awesome broker. My insurance rate, for an international student, is pretty good compared to what I have heard other people from abroad get quoted. I have had no issues whatsoever and my rate is even lower this year. I have already recommended and forwarded Ali's number to over a dozen of my friends and other people! Worst experience with BIG broker imran syed. He told me if i want to cancel the auto policy i need to submit the proof or any kind of document that i sold out my vehicle. Like does it really matter to you if i sold it or not ? If a customer wants to cancel the policy just give them cancellation form. Do not impose your own rules on customers. Only one thing imran syed knows is to increase the policy premium and disturb customers. Im cancelling policy just because of his attitude. He does not pickup the call

I was always the one who used to hunt for insurance rates through various websites. Since someone referred Hassan A a few years ago, it’s been the most easiest and pleasurable experiences.
