Canadian Tire

CanTire is pretty well self serve these days, but best prices and decent selection on household and auto repair needs and sporting goods. I got an extra thick yoga mat for $30 last week.

Canadian Tires. They don't just do tires, they do all sorts of things, from house hold appliances to jackets. You'll ofcourse buy car assessorias and other things here.They have a good return policy, just in case you buy something and it does not work.

Screw their credit card department. Wrong sales technique to just bag a sale. Lying to the core. Luis who happens to be some one who owns a office and has been hired to do the sales for their credit card at this location. Kept mentioning that the there will be absolutely no credit check or hard enquiry on the credit. I did explain that I am not looking for any credit card but they dont even let you process what is happening and just quickly start to put in information. Been really pushy and 3 days later bam! I see an enquiry. Working in sales myself wouldn’t get courage to lie to my customers to make some pennies. Its more important to have self respect and let the consumers make the choice for themselves. Forced me to purchase something using the bar code stating only then it will be activated even though I was there just to get new tires . Now I am waiting for my credit card to make the payment due on it. It is just awful . Shame on this store for having such employees who would lie to bag a sale. I find the one in Pinebush location more honest as I did ask them the same and they mentioned about the credit check. Mr Luis here mentions that the new offer is that there will be no credit check and before me he just did it for 40 other people . I was there on Saturday for my appointment but I will never be back at this location. Such idiots who would do anything for money.

Every time I go to this store I am harassed at the door to get a credit card or a points card. If this keeps happening I will not be shopping there any longer. I don't have the time to be bothered when I go in for a quick purchase multi times a week to be stopped for ten minutes.

Staff is always nice. Unfortunately, every time I go, there always seems to be a rush with only 1 cashier working her tail off.The return desk tries to help, but then returns get backed up.Great staff in the fishing section as well.

Some - of the staff are terrific! The frustrating part is most don't seem to care or even know where things are in the store. When you're standing in front of a selection of plumbing supplies trying to figure out what the right fitting is, and a salesperson approaches you and says There's nothing you need

This review is for Todd - he works very hard to get things done, and I had an issue that something was taking an extremely long time, but he remained patient and friendly through everything even when I got impatient during a long wait time. I wish the process was smoother, but his customer service is immaculate.

I'm writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with Canadian Tire's service. I recently placed an online order for three bikes, and unfortunately, they were not assembled properly. When I went to pick up the bikes, I was informed that I would have to come back the next day to get them fixed.The following day, I went back to Canadian Tire to get my bikes fixed, but they were still not assembled correctly. I had to wait for three hours to get the bikes fixed, which was an incredibly frustrating experience. I had to waste my time and money to get the bikes fixed properly.I'm very disappointed with the service I received at Canadian Tire. As a customer, I expect to receive quality products that are assembled correctly. Unfortunately, this was not the case with my recent purchase. The fact that I had to come back twice and still not get my bikes fixed properly is unacceptable.Overall, I would not recommend Canadian Tire for bike purchases to anyone based on my experience. The poor service and lack of attention to detail when assembling my bikes made this a very unpleasant experience. I hope that Canadian Tire will take steps to improve their service in the future so that other customers don't have to face the same issues that I did.

Ordered a bucket and grit guard online at a good price. Went to pick it up from the green lockers behind cash registers. Didn't have the grit guard in it when I picked it up. Had to return it on the spot. Lost out on a great deal. Don't advertise and sell something you don't have in stock when you say you do. This is false advertising. I drive to pick something up and there are only 1 of 2 pieces. Would be great to rectify this by them getting what I ordered at the price I paid. I still have the reciept of proof of purchase and return. Other store in Cambridge has this in stock. Would be great to be contacted to rectify this situation and make things right with a customer.

Tried to place an order online. Order didn't go through (said my card wouldn't be charged). Look at my bank account and it had been charged 5 times. Customer service said money should be back within a week. I'm out a few hundred dollars due to a technical error on their part. I highly advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs.
