Excellent service. Chris is very knowledgeable. Spoke directly to city staff to clear up some questions, and when we had some unforeseen changes that required cancelling the permit, changes to the drawing and re-submitting Chris did it all for the original price. Very happy!

Chris Machado was very quick in responding to my first inquiry and gave us quick appointment to visit subject property. Chris responded to a Facebook post we made looking for someone to help us with some engineering for a home reno. He was prompt with his responses and came over to our place to get started on measurements and drawings the following day. Chris is very professional and completed all required work (stamped engineered drawings for a city permit) within a week of starting. Very please we hired Arcadia Designs to help with our reno, we'll absolutely be coming back to him for our next project!
