Black Tie Property Services Victoria
I had a blocked dryer vent in one of my rental properties. Spent almost 10 minutes on the phone doing an intake. She told me it would be about 3 weeks to get someone out there and the minimum charge would be $250. I asked to proceed, and wanted to book a date, and she told me that they would call me back to schedule closer to the date. Never heard back from them, no emails or phone calls. Maybe their service is good but I'll never know. There are more professional and responsive companies in Victoria to deal with.

We have been working with Black Tie since they first set up shop in Victoria. They do an amazing job for the 8 storey Best Western Plus Carlton Plaza Hotel. David is very attentive and takes special care with safety for both his team and the public. As a struggling hotel trying to make it through the Covid 19 pandemic, we can not thank them enough for their help this Fall.

I love this little business! They offer many services. I have use them for window washing both interior and exterior and power washing of driveways etc. Their staff is wonderful. Very personable. And they do just exactly what you asked them to do.My windows are kind of special as we have 11 foot ceilings and the glass is floor to ceiling. Also have glass railings on the balconies and inside on the stairs. They will do your mirrors, anything glass really. They’re quick and they do a great job. And I am a fussy individual.Olivia came to Power wash my patios, Driveway and walkways. The job was perfect.I can’t recommend these people enough.
