Not open 24/7 really had to use the washroom but they said they are closed at night. Idk why they were selling gas tho though a window.

Most inefficient carwash place. 1 car at a time only. Petro canada touchless carwash at Airport/sandalwood is much better where 2,3 cars are washed inline.Waste of time here

One of the worst customer service. They are quick to get money from customers for 3 month car wash but their app hasn't worked for a week and the ladies there said they cannot do anything.

This car wash is terrible! Unfortunately, it’s one of 4 touchless ones in Ontario. It’s either closed or my season pass doesn’t work. Says I used it that day which I haven’t. I swear this station is scamming people so they have to buy more washes.God forbid you wait in line for 20-30 mins and your pass doesn’t work. The attendants make it worse by making you reverse out of the line and then laugh at you when you go inside to complain.Don’t waste your time or money. Go to Esso!

This review is for the car wash.It’s one of the few touchless locations around but I went through twice in a row and my car was still dirty. And it wasn’t even really that dirty to begin with.I only went to this location to test it out because I was looking to get a 3 month pass.

0 star/ worst costumer service.Car wash never works. Rude to costumers who come for car wash, refuse to offer tickets instead they will force you to go to a carwash station 20 km away. Are you in your senses? Are you going to pay me time and gas to go there? What if somebody has no time to drive there? Or is coming and going to work?Worst worst worst! Have some morales and ethics , some costumer service at least put yourself in someone's shoe!!!!Going to report to higher authorities for sure!!!

Car wash is under maintenance most of the time ( not sure why)I called three times after Sunday night (into midnight till Monday morning as I work nights ) it's was under maintenance for more than 12 hours.When I asked for car wash ticket for my seasons pass, the guy at counter desk told me that I could go at any other location,why just this one? Lol.Why does he has to tell me what should I do? He doesn't know people's circumstances.I will go to a location that's close to my house, go to car wash when and the place I want.

Car wash isTouchless,But they minimizing cycle time for each round, pressure water cycle is too short, it leaves your half car dirty from bottom.When you complain to cash counter he just picture of front top to show this was done good, very terrible person at cash counter, doesn't understandDon't recommend to anyone go here for carwash
