Highbury Huron Optometry
Was a great experience until i asked for my prescription. I have called 5 different times and was promised it would be sent and each time it never was. Unless you are willing to shop there for the rest of your life, find somewhere that doesn't treat you like a second class citizen because you cant afford what they offer.

Highbury Huron Optometry
Dr. Delaney is really kind and knowledgeable, but the receptionists at the office are awful. They really have no patience for people who speak English as a second or third or fourth language. You can hear the impatience and rudeness in their voice on the phone. This isn’t how people should be treated. Dr. Delaney is great, but I don’t know if going through the office staff is worth it.

It was 2 years ago I should of reviewed it I’ll never do business with them again never called about my glasses that are ready wait almost two months for my glasses to be ready I really don’t care if it’s Covid related 2 years ago when my glasses are done you call me never again I will do business with you

My first visit with Dr. DeGuzman and The Highbury Huron Optometry team and everyone was so friendly and such a great vibe. Dr. DeGuzman was able to figure out what was happening with my vision and sent a detailed report to my family doctor. I will now be leaving my out of town Eye doctor and coming here for all my needs.Thank you team!

Dr. Delaney is nothing but wonderful with my kids. The appointment is all about them, she talks to them, engages them, and they love every minute if it! The staff too, they have made my kids feel so special!

Highbury Huron Optometry is an awesome business. It has a welcoming, and friendly environment. All of the staff are courteous, friendly, and professional. The optometrist is friendly, and professional. Explaining things in a way that is easy to understand. Making eye exams a positive experience. They have a nice selection of glasses and help you pick the perfect pair. I love my new glasses. I highly recommend this place.

I'm very happy with the service here. I got an eye exam from them, excellent quality, polite friendly, helpful people. They helped me adjust my glasses, even though I didn't buy them here ( I bought them online) at no charge. Definitely a great optometrist, I highly recommend them for their eye exams and customer service.

It was my first time at Highbury Huron Optometry and my experience with them was fantastic! Dr. Deborah Delaney was very calm, cheerful, and accommodating. She was super nice, very detailed, and shared valuable information on my eye health. I felt comfortable althroughout my eye exam with her. Kathleen, the receptionist/optometrist assistant helped me out pick the best frame for my prescription eyeglasses, checked out pricing for me, and gave me honest recommendations. She was very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this clinic!
