They never told me what to do; instead they educated me about the different options and then I decided what was best for me.I was in a tough situation with a big chunk of my income going towards interest payments. I thought I would never be able to get out of debt and this had a very detrimental impact on my mental health. The consultant I spoke with showed a lot of empathy and he took the necessary time to explain each and every option available to me. Their help has allowed me to make my debt much more manageable; to the point that I’ll be able to fully cover it in a few years. Very friendly, non-judgmental staff who are looking to help you with your goals of becoming debt-free. My credit counsellor is Diana, and she is friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I had any questions or concerns. The website that they provide for people to access their accounts is also user-friendly and easy to navigate. I was recommended this place by my sister as it helped made her loans and credit card bills more manageable; and after my own experience with using their services, I would recommend this to anyone who is currently drowning and/or unable to keep up with their debts.
