Been to the store twice for products return to Amazon and they were very helpful and patient.

Been here a few times for returns. Store has fast service, employees are helpful and easy to deal with. Faster than canada post for sure.

I visited the store and found employees very helping and supportive. They are kind of people who want to make sure customers are happy and satisfied and they do it truly.

The new owners are very friendly. Manager Ted has been an all star in taking care of all our office needs. His attention to detail is refreshing. He set up our brochures, business cards, mail outs and more. He helped us when we needed a printer cartridge and toner. He listens, and recommends the best solution and does it in a kind, professional manner. Thank you for your excellent service. We truly appreciate it! Ed and Staff.

Shipped a package for overnight delivery to a basic address in Toronto (a house). They managed to both spell my name wrong and put the wrong street name and it didn’t get delivered. It was like they were just glancing at the information as they filled it out. I have checked the paper copy of the information and it is all filled out correctly on my end. I will not use their services again.

The rudest, worst service that I can ever remember. Amazingly, this was the manager". Dismissive

I work a lot and sent my parcel to this location to be picked up at my convenience. The staff was friendly and provided me with a quick in-and-out experience. I would definitely recommend this UPS location for effective and efficient service. Further, I will be using them to print my business cards in the near future.

I had a prepaid shipping label that I printed off and put on my package. The first time I went in I spoke with a gentleman and he advised me it was too dark of a print and his scanner wouldn't read it. He then proceeded to tell me he could print one out for me at the cost of about $3.00, I declined and went home. The next day I came back with a fresh print out and had lightened up the settings in my printer. He advised me this one was also too dark after trying both of his scanners, again he offered to print one out for a fee. The third time I came in I had a female and she also had trouble scanning it but then without any question or hesitation she simply punched the numbers in from the label and it went though no problem! My question is WHY couldn't the first guy have done this instead of making me waste my time, printer ink, and gas by coming multiple times? Not overly happy, but am appreciate of the lady that helped me in the end. If it wasn't for the helpful lady I would have given 1 or zero stars if I could!

So impressed with the friendly service even though the store was busy. We went in with three boxes, none of which were packaged properly and the staff was so helpful! They taped up our boxes without us even having to ask. One box was too big for what we had in it so they cut it down to size for us. Everything regarding the shipping process was clearly explained as we really had no experience with shipping large items. And the packing peanuts were half the price as Staples! This location made what seemed like a difficult task easy and seamless! Highly recommend. Not to mention how very kind they were to us!

Recently used this store to ship six oddly sized objects and the service was great. They helped find a box that fit the object, quickly packed every item, and were very helpful when we had an issue with one address. A large job that took a lot of time but all the staff were very pleasant and helpful the entire time. Definitly will use them again.
