Bought three nontaxable allô pods for $33. All three of them were burns when I came into the store to have them refunded they said they couldn’t because it’s final sale and it made me buy 3 new pots. It bad customers service I’ve been coming here every week for the past 6 months. I spoke with manger Amanda and she was not able to honour anything. Do not come to this vape store very expansive and there customer service sucksReply: the pods were very burnt. And the resolution was to give me the same pods that I’m complaining about. The flavour was never an issue. The pods were very much burnt the store associate told me that they’ve been in your inventory from more than 11 months hence why they’re at a discounted price. Your customer service is trash and you need to do better!!!!!! answer my email and Stop playing with me on Google.

I order all my juice and anything else I need from here and it's always shipped in an orderly fashion. Not only that they go out of their way to make sure you get what you want my last order they called to make sure the order I put in was right because I had different nicotine levels on it and they just wanted to make sure that it was what I wanted when I ordered! They don't have to do stuff like that and could of just shipped it but doing extra things like that is what makes you stand out in this industry!

Awesome vape shop, carries a lot of stuff that most vape shops dont carry since the blasted disposables took over the market. Large E liquid selection, and a lot of accesories for people that use reusable hardware, worth the long transit ride from downtown toronto. The staff is friendly.Made another visit today, as always selection of liquids is always good

I first started coming here solely for the great selection of juices, but today was the first time a ever had a real issue with my device, and between the staff and the owner, everyone was so helpful with figuring out a solution to my problem without just telling me to buy more items that I may not need. Everyone there provides a great and helpful atmosphere on a day to day basis which I've found hard to find in the vape retail industry. I honestly won't be shopping anywhere else anytime soon.

I buy only rechargeable disposable vapes and this place has every brand and flavor you could possibly imagine. Rarely are the items i want ever out of stock. Havent found this much selection from anywhere else. All my friends now order from them now too. All happy return customers.

It’s an amazing store with all the latest products. I searched almost everywhere in GTA for the Elf bar bc5000 ultra no one had it but this store did and had all the flavors too.The prices are very reasonable as well.With such a wide variety of disposables and e liquids this store is one of the best I have been to so far.They also do same day shipping, orders can be placed online from their website.
