Had the best experience today. I didnt get the ladies names. But I came around 7pm and they were just so nice and fun to talk too, also very knowledgeable in everything cat related. Helped me out because my cat is allergic possibly to I'm not sure what yet. And gave me some free samples to try out. Love the customer service!!

Very kind and direct when showing me where to go. I have two dogs and was in a hurry so I am glad the staff was knowledgeable.

Great location for its size. Helpful staff who love my rottie. They also let a charity do nail clipping once a month at their store (bark) for 10$ a clipping.Its also one of the few stores that carry tartar busters" in the brand that my dog likes (green box/bag)"

The staff are very friendly and helpful to answer any questions! Great selection of cat food and a big fan of the house brand “Performatrin Ultra” and as well as their litter called “Fresh 4 Life Odor Destroyer” it’s no joke! I’ve saved so much money on litter by paying the small extra amount because it goes a long way. I’ve also purchased toys, a harness and treats for my pets. May cost more than a regular retail but it’s worth it to support a local business who carry healthy variety of foods and supplies for most pets. They also fundraise for many organizations that support bettering animals lives in our communities. I’m grateful to have them close by but wouldn’t hesitate to make the travel over if I ended up moving. I always recommend their products and feel like I am giving my cat the best quality of life with their products.

This is my favourite pet valu to shop at! Everyone that has helped me have been so nice and knowledgeable. Today, however, I encountered the best people at pet valu, Kayla and Asleen (I hope I spelt that correctly). They introduced me to the little bunny named George, who was the sweetest bunny ever! Unfortunately, I was not able to adopt George but Asleen and Kayla let me pet him for as long as I wanted. They were so sweet and kind. I hope George gets adopted to his forever home soon! Thank you so much for your amazing service and your general kindness Kayla and Asleen. And I am so sorry if I am spelling any name wrong!

The customer service at this store in Towngate mall, Ottawa, is the best I’ve ever experienced in a pet store. Knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, & helpful especially during lockdown. Definitely a draw to come back again & again!!

I was looking for aloe treatment for injured fish and they had some. I was very surprised given they dont sell fish. They hire very competent staff that know pets very well.

They immediately asked to know what i was looking for. Didn't have to walk up and down isles. Helpful staff. Ask them if they have it.
