Tried Pineapple and Kiwi Frozen Yogurt, this shop is located inside Oshawa Mall, the flavour was good and service was ok, actually nothing special just a regular ice cream joint. Please like my review if you find it helpful.

I went to the store around 8:38 and I asked the guy who works there “ are you guys closed and he replied nicely No.. what can I get for you ? “ … so while I was talking to him in the middle of the concert the Asian lady named Jenny started answering my questions and didn’t let the guy serve me at all. She was so rude and disrespectful . In addition she didn’t greet the other customers nicely. This behaviour is unacceptable and very disappointing.

I ordered a large Kale and Avocado smoothie and paid more than $8.00. When I took a sip, it tasted like there’s a banana in it and nothing of the avocado and kale flavour. It’s a bit sour, too. There’s some speck of greens so maybe it’s the shredded kale. Smoothies should be thicker but what I got was nothing like a smoothie. I didn’t bother to go back to complain cause I know for sure I won’t be going back.

Totally disappointed ☹️ we went for my daughter birthday she want frozen yogurt finally we came this store all the way 15km the employee who works there not even guide us properly, irresponsible employee ,not even good customer service , they have only two sizes and even we don’t Know it’s by weight and Finally we got frozen yogurt is not like a frozen yogurt . We never go this store anywhere.

I asked for taro frozen yogurt and got vanilla with a sprinkle of one serving spoon (not the correct measurement) of taro powder flavor. It's supposed to be purple and taste like taro, it's not like I'm getting it at a discount. What I can't grasp is if I'm paying full price for a product either sell it to me measured out correctly or don't sell it at all. Don't charge me full price and give me nothing, UNACCEPTABLE.

The lady who works here is more interested in playing with her personal phone over serving customers. Just waited at the till , while she is staring at me while on her phone and still doesn’t get off. So thanks for saving me the $$ and calories.

Ordered 4 items. 2 smoothies were not to our liking as were too runny. Asked staff to replace the guy rudely said “we’re too busy and that’s how it’s supposed to be” he said other customers don’t complain and I’m the only one having an issue with it. Asked for a refund he said wait in line and only can refund one smoothie which was not punctured with straw on top. Anyways this guy shouldn’t be serving as he doesn’t have the professionalism or common courtesy to speak customers nor the skills required to provide the customer service. He refused to provide his name. Photos attached. Hope the management speaks to this employee and provide further training etc.

I went to this location around 8:40pm. I asked for strawberry cheesecake and they said they didn’t have strawberries. So I asked for raspberries and she said if I wanted them blended in she had to charge me. I then asked for them around and she gave me 5 raspberries. I politely asked for more and she said she had to charge me and you to this moment she was rude. I told her that she didn’t even have what I asked for and we argued for a couple minutes until she finally offered the raspberries but by this point I didn’t even want them. I work at McDonald’s and I would NEVER treat costumers this way. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. Go somewhere else.

Always good drinks & smoothies. Today we tried the vegan dragon fruits drink & milkey taro. Tasted good.

I normally come here all the time and it’s good, but the girl working this morning was extremely slow. She was making two drinks ahead of us (they were already ordered before we arrived) and it took her well over 10mins, and she didn’t even greet us. She was rude when she finally got around to helping us, and then took another 10 minutes to make one drink. Then when my drink was ready she slammed it on the counter and threw the straw down. Don’t work in customer service if you have such a bad attitude.
