We had a colleague stuck in the elevator for over an hour. Call after call to have a technician arrive on site and only met with further delays. Finally the technician arrives and the first thing the technician mentioned after opening the elevator was mention their annual salary and how they do not consider being stuck in an elevator an emergency. Zero compassion for the colleague who suffers from claustrophobia. Horrible service from a below average provider.

Since I have moved in my building, not 2 weeks go by and the elevators are down . Takes forever for a repair person to come and more often than not the next day the problem reoccurs... never fixed right the first time.I have never experienced such poor working elevators. The building is only 6 yrs old!We are so annoyed that we are looking to move. ( and this time we will make sure the elevators are from a different company). They should be sued by the condo corps that pay them.
