This place always has the best customer service more so than the other locations nearby. Staff are always friendly, orders come fast and the quality holds. Location also has ample amount of seating to socialize or to do work. Good amount of outdoor seating for summer as well.

Starbucks can do better with your coffee cups ,no loner had stoppers for the coffee cups due to less use of plastic, which is fine. Now the staff places a paper sticker on the lid of the cup. Touching the sticker with bare hands and then placing it on the area where I will then drink from, no gloves, just bare hands in the bottom of the sticker to the top of the cup.. And the spillage is another issue.. can do better with stopper and lids.

I was debating on posting this review, but I’m going to do it anyway:My drink was good, the barista that served me not so much.I was waiting for a drink that I had ordered and the barista started calling out names. She instead hopped over from her counter, came up to me (the only black girl in the store might I add), asked for my order and handed me my drink. My name really isn’t that hard to pronounce and it was kind of unprofessional.

I ordered an Iced espresso but the server charged me for an Iced latte which cost me more. I didn't appreciate that Pam couldn't follow what's on the photo (ticket of my regular drink) which I always show to the baristas when I order regularly. I'm disappointed because all the baristas there are nice and understand my order except Pam.

One of the Best locations at Kennedy Road Near Kathy’s Grill. The location is very nice and the staff is helpful in getting your food and drinks. Also it’s a great location to use your electronics for both work, study and leisure. The parking there is a first come first serve as it’s always busy during the day time.

This place is awesome and I come here all the time. It's the perfect spot to relax and get some work done on my laptop. The staff are super friendly and the coffee is great.

Doordash app keeps making changes on my behalf. I got hot milk instead of a chai latte FOR THE 2ND TIME & half sized white hot chocolate when we said hot chocolate. NEVER MADE ANY CHANGES. Dissapointed... was not able to get refund either.

Always end up having a bad experience at this Starbucks. They get your order wrong and if you ask them nicely to correct it they just get it wrong again and give you attitude with it. Customer service isn’t really a thing here… you’re better off going to another location.

Worst customer service, Rene was making my drink that I’ve order many times before, I order a Caramel Frappuccino and she gave me the one in the right and I told her that is missing the coffee. She answer “I already put it on, but if you want I can’t put more, the color is normal” and she gave me a face that she was upset, and told me to keep the drink. She thinks that’s not giving the customer attitude and I told her that.“I did want my drink but not the attitude”, she smirk and said she is not giving attitude. Making faces and answering like the people didn’t know is a bad customer service, I know she did the drink again just because is Starbucks protocol. But see the drink that is in the left is the second drink that looks like the one that I always order. I don’t come to Starbucks only for the coffee, I like to pay and be treated with respect.

Somehow, going through the drive-thru, the worker there could see it on my face that I was having an awful day. She didn't charge me anything for my order and told me to enjoy."
