Came here for a blood test. The lady at the front was immediately unfriendly. I sat in the waiting room for over half an hour and when they called me up they told me they couldn’t do my test because they were closing soon. They could have just looked at my blood requisition when I came in and told me that they wouldn’t be able to do my test instead of wasting my time. She said they’re too busy to look at blood requisitions. So you don’t look at what patients are coming in for? Will never come back.

I was here Saturday for blood test. Staff was rude. Staff doesn’t even know how to say PLEASE! No good manners and not gentle. Rude Filipina! She has to go back to school and learn what is good moral & right conduct! Shame on her! Rude even by phone. What a bad experienced at all! Plus I got a small bruise after need more training lady!

Revised my review to 2 stars. Blood test 2 weeks ago doctors office still has not received results. He told me it is a constant issue and to go to another clinic in future.….Was here today. Staff was friendly and I did not experience any negativity during my visit. If you are in a hurry avoid lunchtime as they appear to rotate their break. Once lunch was over I was out in no time.

The service at this lab was horrible. I was standing in front of receptionist for 15 min. She didn't even acknowledge saying anything. After 10 min. Waiting, I raised a question that needed only, yes or no answer, she kept on staring at the computer, did not look up. After 15 min. She said can I see that paper" then she said that our machine is broken you can go somewhere else. I said that your machine was broken 3 months ago you told me to come back. She interrupted me and said that I could go somewhere else.Unbelievable"

I’ve been coming here for a few years at least as when it first opened there was nowhere else as close as alpha labs to do blood work. I’ve never had a bad experience in my many times coming here. Needles make me anxious but the woman who did my blood work today noticed I was tense and was quick to lighten the mood and help me feel more calm and comfortable. After the sample was taken, she got me a cup of water to make sure I was hydrated. As a client I felt very well taken care of

Front desk was quick and I didn't feel like anyone was being rude. I was called in right away for bloodwork.The phlebotomist must have been inexperienced. As soon as the needle went in, I was in a lot of pain and it felt like she went right through the vein. My arm was hurting for a week after that and I could barely even lift it. Bruised also.Will not be going back here ever again as a result of that experience.
