Great selection of Summer attire but hard to find anyone working there, including at the Cash Registers. But when I finally did find one at a Register over by the Fitting Rooms, she did everything she could to be helpful and provide great service. Same with the girls working the Make Up and Fragrance kiosks. Thank you for such a positive shopping experience. I will highly recommend and shop here again.

Was there shopping for some suits, looking for something to wear at a prom. I found a rad green one but unfortunately it was for slim and I am a large body. Overall the selection was smaller than I remember, but at least everything was stocked well and looked tidy. The lovely lady and gentlemen at the change room were incredibly helpful, nice and easy to talk to.My only issue was just the small selection and the limited sizes available.

Have the patience to find things! Not the best displays or manicure appearance but a needle in a haystack. To help with your shopping needs book their external personal shopper. Mina!

This place is pretty shabby looking and even on clearance there's not a lot of good prices.My favourite design feature is when someone decided nailing a bunch of old hubcaps to a wall made for a good F1 merch display.

My first time at this location. The London Derry Mall was nice and clean. Gorgeous big ladies room with lots of clean, available stalls. The hand dryers could be better located or have a table to put your purse on while drying your hands. Helpful staff.

Very bad customer service i went on bay day to get something from lingerie section and cashier asked me if i want points card she said i will get 20% off that day i said yes but no credit card she said its not credit i said ok for sure.. she asked my license and i told her I don’t want credit card she said no it’s not i will fill it fast and without my permission she applied for credit card and said congratulations you got approved for Mastercard and i said I didn’t want one I canceled the application. I hit my credit score hard i lost 20 credit score. I hurted me so much as next weekday i was getting new car.I went to store and asked manager about it she said she will do something and call me back and get back to me. I has been 1monthVery poor customer service.Teach properly the meaning of credit card and Mastercard.

The shopping experience at the bay is progressively declining. It is so sad. The store is dilapidated. Just to get to the third floor was a maze. Escalators are all “out of order” and seems like they have been for awhile. Looking for the stairwell or 1960s elevator just to get to the 3rd floor is ridiculous. I’m not shocked that there were no customers because you can’t even access the store! It’s ridiculous!!

This Hudson's Bay is situated at the South Gate mall . It has an entrance of its own from the parking on the 2 nd floor as well as the ground floor. It's close to the LRT and Bus stop. The choice of items sold here is varied. This is a one shop stop . You can get clothing, furnishings, cookware, footwear, toys, new born kids items, accessories,purfumes, makeup, etc. The place is huge and is divided into 3 floors . Many well branded products are sold here. The price varies according to the brands.The staff were all very helpful. I was very impressed with the variety in the men's section of clothing . As Hudson Bay is inside the South Gate Mall , you could spend a lot of time shopping. It's an interesting place to visit.

The Hudson Bay Store at Southgate mall is its flagship location in Edmonton. There are many small outlet stores that exist inside the main store, such as Hugo Boss, Armani Exchange, Deisel, etc. The presentation is great, there is plenty of inventory, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, it was a great shopping experience.

Customer service is nill. Everything overpriced. Chasing someone down to help you only for them to be uninterested in having to help. Maybe department stores are done. Walmart has better service but doesn't have higher end name brands
