Went happy hour with friends.The server are friendly and really helpful!I had mojito lime flavour which is pretty goodThe steak frites are nice. I ask for medium but idk why the steak’s outside is so hard. And when I cut through it, it’s still pink and juicy inside. That’s something I don’t get, but the taste is very very delicious!Will definitely come back because of the service and food!

They have a great happy hour menu. Their summer seafood platter was surprisingly tasty and perfect for 2. Nice interior, patio is ok but you face the parking lot and may be a chance you’re forgotten out there.Consistently good service.

The End of February in 2023.Spent time together for a dinner after cozy sleeping this afternoon.Sticky toffee chocolate pudding" was our favorite among other dishes we ordered tonight.The mushed potato as a side dish in the steak course tasted more impressive than the main ingredients for us.Nice atmosphere

The food was still pretty good but portions were tiny, especially for the price. The Chipotle Calamari barely covered 1/2 the plate and it was mostly cauliflower and jalapeños. The chicken wings were small as was the burger. I wouldn't consider it a Bigger Better Burger" as it's called. The rib was really tasty and tender though.For some reason

We used a gift card to have dinner at Earls Richmond for dinner. It was very very noisy, from the music and the people I found overwhelming. I had steak fries, which was fine but a different steak than is usually served in this type of dish. SL had the chicken tacos with a side salad. She enjoyed them. I miss the old earls with more down to earth choices and flavours.

Used to frequent Earls but I find their prices are going up and their quality is inconsistent.Recently, I had a very poor experience with their takeout. Food was not very hot even though I only live 5 minutes away, and the fettuccine Alfredo was the worst I’ve had. I’ve had it before while dining in, but didn’t expect the takeout to be like this. They separate the sauce (which is very watery) from the pasta noodles. Neither were even hot. It felt like a joke to pay $20 for this quality.The rest of the food was also just alright. Definitely will never get takeout again.

This was not a decent experience from a restaurant. I like the atmosphere inside of Earls, but we chose to sit on the patio. Our table had a nice seating arrangement and it was comfortable.Starting with the chicken wings, it was mediocre wings, they served us a half wing, making it 5.5 wings for 18 dollars. The espresso martini shot was 13 dollars for a decent taste. My 9oz sirloin steak did not make me close to full. It was cooked well, medium rare. The only extraordinary item was the mash potatoes. The chicken tasted ordinary and dry.The service wasn’t bad, but us being on the patio would make them forget about us. We waited around 30 mins for our food and 20 minutes for the bill. They didn’t do anything to make our night exceptional.

Good food and great service. Salt and pepper wings are a must ... 8 tender and juicy wings spiced with salt and pepper are the best I have experienced in North America. Really wish they would bring back the salt and pepper ribs that used to be on their happy hour menu. The everyday happy hour presents great value.

Been going here for almost 4 years and they never miss on the food and service. I always recommend this location to my family and friends. We were well taken care of by the day manager Rachel and the GM Ben.Got their seafood platter this time around since the host mentioned it as we were getting seated. Our server gave us an awesome presentation of everything on and it was all super fresh. I loved the prawn cocktail the best!I always feel like family when I dine here. The service team is amazing and they really care about making sure you’re having a great experience. Highly recommend !!i

Food was decent and price was kinda high. We usually don't order appetizers but we had the feta/spinach/bread dip and it was pretty good but we find the bread over toasted. Main dishes were the bbq ribs and tortelini/fettuccine/truffle pasta with steak. For the ribs I love their potatoes. I find the pasta very bland but my sister said it was ok just needrd a bit of salt. Service is always good in my experience. We never dealt with long wait times but the food does take a bit of time.
