Every time I go into the store or call in the employees are always going above and beyond to help me find the parts I'm looking for, never made me feel stupid when I say something wrong. Taken me a long time to find a place this good but this is where I'm getting all my powersports equitment and parts from now on.

Had a couple different bike issues on our trip to BC from Ontario . They had a new tire for my motorcycle and installed it on the spot! Also fixed my chain screw up on my wife's bike, again instantly to get us back on the road! Thanks again for the outstanding service. Highly recommend.

I live in Summerland, but Vernon Motorsports was open on a Friday evening, when Penticton wasn't. I spoke with Ryan in parts, and he couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Ryan was enthusiastic about my old ride and quick and knowledgeable about getting the part I need. Not only did he say he could order it the next day, but when I told him I wasn't in town, he counselled me on the best way to go about getting that part for the lowest cost in shipping. Pardon my surprise, and apologies to the others, but I never get service this good from bike shops, particularly for an old bike on a friday evening before close. I am so very pleased with Ryan, that I am happy to drive up to Vernon to deal with him. Other shops take note!

Emailed them asking about a bike I was considering buying. Justin responded quickly with some info. Once I did buy a bike I reached out to Justin again, as I was in need of a new front tire, after no response I emailed the parts dept as well (thru their website) asking for some options. That was over a week ago and nobody has bothered to respond.I'm not sure why a company offers ways to Contact Us" if they're just going to ignore people.I can only assume they're so busy that they have no need

I had booked a half way point service for Aug 11th 9am with Travis for 2 Yamaha FJRs for a friend and myself riding across from Ontario to BC before we left. I also had an issue just before leaving with missing/loose screws on the side case lock. I spoke to Ryan in parts to pre order the screws and he said they'd be able to fix it one way or another.We arrived on the day and we were taken in right away and were told the bikes would be ready by noon. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. All went per plan as they indicated and we were out of there with an inspection and oil change done on time. They went above and beyond in fixing my side case issue at no extra charge, and from the sounds of it both Ryan and Travis spent some time modifying a screw to fit and gave me an extra one as well. There were some issues with my bike on the inspection report and Travis took the time to explain and answer all my questions.I highly recommend this location for their excellent customer service and going above and beyond, attention to detail and making our visit a very pleasant and effortless experience.Great job Travis and Ryan. On the kids quad - someone left the key on all winter long (probably me) - Called up Ryan and he came through with a new battery at a great price! My son must have put 20 more hours on his bike last weekend! Thank you Ryan for saving the weekend of riding.

Probably bought about 8 bikes in the last 10 years here. Place is amazing ,been in the industry for 45 years and this is my home away from home. Dale in sales and Ryan manning the counter are a unbelievable team. Not one complaint to be had in 10 years.We are a race family and spend alot of time and money in the sport And These guys have had our backs every step of the way. Parts delivered to tracks that they lined up themselves without even asking. And the constant support on and off the track .Hands down make them the best choice to spend your hard earned money.

Great place for off-road related parts, riding gear and equipment. Staff is super friendly. Andrew is really helpful and knowledgeable.
