North Pender Island

Great little island in the Southern Gulf islands (considered also as the Canadian Hawaii islands). There are a lot of parks like Roe lake, Roesland on North Pender and Mount Norman on South Pender, nice restaurants, stores. There is a lot to do and discover on this beautiful island.

Visiting friends on the Island. We've come here primarily for kayak adventure. We've also gone out in a small boat to view seals and possibly whales. Winds can affect kayak trips. Tidal currents should be a concern around certain areas. Celebrated my 61st birthday with best friends here - I'd recommend this to everyone!

It's small and we get gas on the way there, but we always have a great time. It's a really friendly place, such a small town feel. Also so many old and unique cars.

It's a quiet place very laid back .

We have been going to the gulf islands for kayaking for years. It’s the peace and quiet and laid back way of life we love. We are heading back there tomorrow 8-1 and will be staying until the 11th. Looking forward to being with friends and just relaxingDennis FehlingCentral Oregon

Great island to get away from the world.

I was able to live and work on Pender... so grateful for my time spent there. All the wildlife .. nature is everywhere ... it's like a little Narnia away from the rest of the world.. 40 minute beautiful boat ride and your there!

Pender Island is a fairy island located between Vancouver and Victoria.
