Absolutely the worst customer service ever and the slowest Tim’s around. Standing in line 20 minutes just for a coffee… 10 employees are working and only one person in storefront… too much focus on on drive thru. Let’s get some happier employees as well, so miserable.

Got order wrong then waited 10 mins to get the right bagel and eggs because no one cares in that place. Worst Tim Hortons experience ever. Go to other locations for better service.

The food and service are at the expected level, the problem is, the restaurant needs a good cleaning. A lot of accumulated dirt on the floors and in the washroom. This hasn't been cleaned for a while. They need to spend an hour or 2 with a vacuum and a mop.

It's a big location but didn't have all the items on the menu. Sometimes, it's by the timing, maybe. Good place to make a stop and refill gas at the same time.

Crappiest location and staff ever!Never have items in stalk and do not post on drive-thru before wasting 20 min in line up!!! Rude incompetent people work here! BOYCOTT!Slow, useless workers that are unhelpful and should not be in their work positions! VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!Worst Tim Hortons in the entire caledon area!!!

North America's slowest Tim Hortons!!!! By far !!!!. They also never ever have what you ask for. They're always out of this and out of that. The franchise district manager needs to step up his game and force this p.o.s. location into some sort of compliance.

But they have no sense of urgency and you're often left waiting to place your order inside and nobody pays attention to you though there are multiple employees wondering around. Food and drink is always good, drive through is a better option than going inside from my experience. The parking lot is often full and it might be difficult to find parking but there is another parking lot next door that is free.

While I was staying next door to this Tim Hortons, I got my dinner there Friday night and then breakfast to go home kn Sunday. They were busy but the food was good
