We hired Oswald Construction to do a full renovation to our 1900 sq ft Tuxedo bungalow immediately after we purchased it. They did the basement as well, and it was completed in a very timely manner, considering how much work there was. They took out walls and put some large beams, changed all of the windows and doors, did some exterior work and even built an outdoor bathroom/change room for the pool. All of their own crew members, and their sub-trades were extremely polite and professional. We are thrilled with our space and would absolutely recommend Oswald Construction!

We have hired Oswald Construction for many projects. Additions, siding installation, screened in gazebos just to make a few. Always excellent work. Great communicators and very timely. There carpenters etc are always a pleasure to have on site. Very respectful and great clean up.

Oswald construction have done a few jobs at our place. A large composite deck, front door, composite garden planter and most recently finished our basement. They always exceed our expectations with their professionalism and quality of their work. Thier attention to detail is unmatched. I'm always careful to recommend companies to friends for fear that they may be disappointed but I never think twice to recommend Oswald.

we contracted Oswald to do a full kitchen renovation including cupboards, counters, floor refinishing, lighting and adding a stove exhaust vent as well as adding an upstairs washer & dryer - versus current basement laundry room. They assisted us in the selection of lighting, cupboards, floor coloring, cupboard hardware and appliances. They were very good to work with and generally responded promptly even though I'm sure they had other clients. A few minor issues arose but they were successfully resolved to our satisfaction. Oswald generally kept the project on schedule and made the dates of the original schedule. Oswald staff were professional and always willing to discuss any issues with us ie we didn't have to chase them for answers. I have no hesitation in recommending Oswald Construction for any major renovations. They use their experience to plan the job properly and keep to that plan. Their senior staff are experienced and the staff acre that the client is happy.

The team from Oswald was great to deal with from the very first visit to the final walkthrough. The input on design, layout and materials they offered was very informative and provided the guidance we needed to bring our vision together. The onsite team was always friendly, organized and had things in order whenever they left site whether it was for the day or the weekend. We will be looking to hire Oswald again in the future and that is the biggest testament!

My husband and I hired Oswald Construction to do a complete renovation of our house. From the beginning, Graeme and his team showed their professionalism and patience as they educated us about the entire renovation experience. I contacted Oswald Construction in October to start the process to build an addition on my house. They were very responsive and helpful the first part of the process, we made an appointment for him to come and assess the house so he can create an estimate/quote. We have not heard back from anyone since then. I have emailed him directly. I have emailed the company, I have left voice-mail. No response from anyone at all. I have wasted weeks waiting. Completely unprofessional!!! Wasting weeks means I have to start all over and pushes my renovations back even further. Not impressed

We are extremely happy with our full basement renovation that was completed by Oswald Construction in the fall of 2020.We had initially met with a big box retail contractor for our basement renovation when a friend recommended Graeme at Oswald Construction.  Graeme was prompt to call us and do a walk through. He asked us a lot of questions that we had not previously considered. This raised some concerns moving forward with the big box retail contractor.Graeme and his design team provided us a full overview of the project. It was very detailed and included everything that we had discussed in the walk through.  Molly met us at various businesses to pick out materials for the basement. She provided a wonderful client experience. She offered suggestions and guided us to fulfill our vision.It was an easy decision to move forward with Oswald Construction given the attention to details, quality of service and the professionalism that they provided.During the renovation, we received frequent emails on progress along with updates on their app. The various team members who worked on our basement were extremely friendly and very polite.  They cleaned up before they left the job site each day.When we did the final walk through, we were very impressed to see it all come together.  Graeme was quick to point out some minor items that needed a bit of touch up that we hadn’t noticed.  This was addressed quickly and to a high quality of workmanship.The biggest surprise for us has been the aftercare that Oswald Construction has provided. Whenever we have questions, whether it be in relation to our renovation or other projects that we needed to have done, Graeme was always there to help guide us. We value the relationship that we have developed with them and would highly recommend Oswald Construction for any renovations.We enjoyed working with Oswald Construction so much that we recommended them to family members who completed a full kitchen renovation with them.
