We have been dealing with Bob and Cheryl for at least 20 years for service on our R.O. system and replacement of a water softener. Bob has a ton of experience and provides Outstanding service and attention. I recommend Bob and Whitewater to friends and neighbors without any hesitation...... I would never switch.

I had the best experience making a much needed service call for my old water softener!I was lucky to be able to get a cancellation appt. same morning. Then, really lucked out meeting Bob, the service pro that helped with my problem.Bob knew exactly what to do to fix an old machine that I had no intention to replace. It's so refreshing to see that there are still helpful and oh, so knowledgable service pros out there that are not out to rip off a consumer of every dollar they can.Thankyou Bob Yaciuk from WhiteWater softener services in East Gwillimbury!!

Bob and Cheryl went above and beyond to help me out with my softener and drinking water questions and have always been so prompt, kind and friendly, making all decisions with water issues a good experience. I had many questions regarding water and UV filters and just general questions about things I was unfamiliar with and they both took to the time to explain and make me comfortable with the answers. I can't thank them enough for all they did for me and I am so grateful to have had them in my corner! Thank you so much!

White Water came highly recommended from our plumber. Upon calling we were scheduled right away for work on our water softner.They identified the issue showed us the problem and had it all fixed in a couple of hours. Jordan the service tech was fantastic explaining exactly what was wrong, why and how to fix it.Good old fashion customer service!I highly recommend to anyone wanting an honest good job done.

Jordan was absolutely fantastic! We had a bit of a difficult install due to the previous owners of the house and how they renovated the basement, however, Jordan was able to come up with a solution that worked and allowed for the softener to be installed without any additional work from us! He is very knowledgeable and was patient in answering ALL my questions! Cheryl was great as well when I initially called to get information! Would not hesitate to recommend White Waters to anyone!

This is my second time having a water softener purchased and installed with White Water Softener Services. The first machine installed in my previous home back in 2016 is still working in perfect condition, never need any maintenances, just add salt as required. After purchasing a new house, I call Cheryl, and Bob did another great job for me since my basement has finished and they need a lot of extra work to get it done. However, again I am very happy with installation and the product. Kudo also given to Jordan who helps Bob for the installation. I definitely would recommend White Water Softener Services.

What a delight dealing with Bob- he's a friendly, knowledgable, craftsman. He explained what he was doing and his line of reasoning in diagnosing our problem. I had him out to look at our Whirlpool softener. He really know his stuff.
