I went here for a simple watch repair (pin holding strap fell out & battery needed replacing), and they repaired it while I waited in only a few minutes. Efficient, friendly service. I would definitely go here again.

Took 2 watches there to bring them back to life, they did just that! Their pricing is very fair and they are very honest….if you have something simple or an old vintage watch that requires some attention bring it there and they will take good care of it.

An absolute pleasure to visit this shop today. Friendly and welcoming, they were able to replace the batterie in my watch and did a pressure test to be sure it was still water tight while I waited. The only reason I gave them 5 stars is because I can't give them 6!

Great watch repair shop, Some really unique vintage pieces, and has huge assortment varying from sizes of leather/silicon straps at a reasonable price.Steven fixed my DIY home project gone wrong. Had my bezel removed and installed a third party bezel. Went to a couple of watch repair places, and they could not get the bezel off. He had polished up my mistakes on the case. A place where attention to details matters, would recommend just based on the level of care and considerations taken.

Great experience here today. The older gentleman was quick, patient and extremely helpful. I was looking for a very particular screw for a watch band, and, while he didn’t have the exact one in stock, he gave me a similar one to hold me over until I get a proper factory replacement. Seriously impressed, don’t think I’ll be taking my watches anywhere else

Hope no one else needs to learn this lesson the hard way, so I want to share it here: if you have a relatively expensive watch that needs some service or battery replacement, maybe consider going to the desginated service provider.The battery on my watch is dead, so I went in the shop to get it replaced. The gentleman was pretty friendly and managed to get it replaced on the spot. I came home and found out that the back of my watch (the steel back plate) was scratched (and not in a subtle way). I am sure it is unintentional, and my watch is probably still 100% functional (hopefully), but it is just sad to find out that my watch that I do not even wear on a regular basis gets scuffed up like that for a simple battery replacement.To sum up, if functionality is all you care about, I do not doubt they can take care of your watch or clock, especially considering all the other good reviews posted here; otherwise, do find out where the designated service providers are, since they do deal with fancy" watches a lot more often."

BEST customer service! I was stuck in Friday traffic, so I phoned and they graciously extended the business hour for me. My watch is replaced with a new battery in five minutes. The staff is so kind, patient and professional. I phoned a couple of times with questions before my visit, they picked up the phone quickly and answered all of my questions patiently. My watch battery will last for a good five years. So I won’t see them for a while, but I want you to know this wonderful place.

Like so many others leaving reviews I have been going to Gregory and his family for small and larger clock and watch issues for many years. They charge very reasonable rates and provide the most friendly, caring, professional service - it is like stepping back to a time of old-fashioned civility and personal attention. In that respect they really are a time company"! Small family run businesses like these are now rare and to be cherished."

Visited after an issue with my wall clock. Not only were they able to offer a quick fix (it was simply one element that needed tightening) but they did so without charging for the few minutes of labour it took. Honest, knowledgeable and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!
