Artistic? Yes. Sensible? No.The pretentiously generous but actually ridiculous pricing schemes that offer nearly nothing are well below expectations much like the speed of refund processing that's taking 4+ weeks and is still 'being processed' and the senseless photography that doesn't consider hiding flaws with clever makeup, posing and lighting but leaves them to be stared at squarely by the viewer. Wow.Any women out there with some self-esteem still left intact, take your money and run, don't look back, you're not missing anything.

Amazing experience, and I came in fairly nervous. Everyone did a great job at making me feel comfortable and my hair and makeup is amazing. Yes it seems pricey, but I think it's definitely reflected in the work and well worth the price. Also there are monthly payment options if you're worried about having to pay right away. It really makes it an easy decision.If there are certain parts of you that you aren't necessarily happy with they will make you fall in love with it. Absolutely stunning job. I feel amazing and this will be an experience that impacts me positively for long time to come.

I had my photo shooting session with Queen. You should know that they will try to keep the session under 15 minutes.If you call this studio usually nobody picks up the phone , which is annoying.I received my pics on time but to me this studio has to work on their customer service way more.

i absolutely loved it here; the atmosphere, the people, the wine! everyone was so fun to work with, and me not being a bendy person, the photographer made it easy to feel beautiful and sexy in my skin. these ladies definitely boosted my self esteem and image!

A little intimidating at first, but they are very welcoming!! It’s my first time doing any type of photoshoot, but they are really good at making you feel comfortable! Love it

I had a beautiful time at Nuovo studio. Michaela makeup and hair was awesome. Zoe is a great photographer, the guided photo shooting was relaxing. I felt pampered and beautiful. Queen was my photographer and she was so sweet, professional and had that eye to make you look and feel gorgeous. Nicole who did my makeup made me feel so beautiful. I would recommend her for any event. These ladies were such a blessing and I had the most wonderful and fun time with them. They made you feel so beautiful inside and out

Have tried contacting Nuovo twice about my negative experience and both times have not received a response.While the makeup artist and photographer were friendly, I found the whole experience to be very rushed and full of pressure. I was told I'd have time to have a drink and sit down to chat with the photographer before the shoot, so I could get comfortable. None of this happened, and I was rushed from the makeup chair straight into the change room to take my clothes off. Luckily I'm pretty comfortable in myself and my body, as this would have been really jarring for someone more nervous.As others have mentioned, once the shoot was done I felt pressured to purchase more photos on the spot. I understand that a promo is really there to generate more business, but I felt like I was simply a way to make money and not a client who was considered or cared about.I sent them a friendly email right after the session, to let them know how the experience could be improved as I didn't want to leave a public review as first recourse. However, when they didn't respond to that, I left a review. They denied every having received the original email, so I forwarded it to them again and deleted said review. However, I again never got a response, so have returned here to leave my thoughts.A photoshoot like this is a really vulnerable and intimate thing, and I would suggest going with a local individual photographer who will take the time to talk with you and make sure you're comfortable, rather than this chain company that will treat you like a commodity.

I was a little nervous coming in but when I arrived, the make up artist was so inviting and friendly. Made me feel so handsome and amazing. I got the make up and hair package,along with the photo shoot and I cannot stop smiling, I feel so impowered. The photographer was so professional, welcoming, made me not worry about my insecurities, she made it a safe place and was talking me through all the poses. When it cam time to pick the photos and packages, it wad hard to pick but the photographer help through the process,making me feel great about me. I left feeling like I had a portrait of a Greek God! Compared to the other boudoir shoot I've done, this was by far a way better experience!
