Dr Hisham el Mahdi was very unprofessional by raising his voice at me when I stated I didn’t take the medication because I wanted professional help instead of constantly taking drugs that don’t work. The doctor also refused to explain to me why my medical report was declined. The front desk staff used very rude mannerism with me and they refused to help me with my medical needs.

Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment.

Dr Ayat Hashi is my mother's family doctor. She's a great doctor. She's always kind, compassionate and patient. She added her into her busy schedule and really took the time to listen to our concerns. She also did a good job at explaining everything to us and what the next steps moving forward would be. She didn't rush us but made us feel like we were heard. She didn't limit us to just 10 minutes or one issue. Highly recommend her to everyone I know.

Good Doctors, horrible office staff. You have to call 15 times to get someone to pick up the phone. The answering machine states in the message they don't listen or respond to messages. When you email them you get an automatic reply saying they don't respond to emails. Very hard to make an appointment. My guess is they do this intentionally to keep the workload down, being a doctor after all is only a part time job.The last time I was in there I watched the receptionist text on her phone while the phone rang and went to answering machine. The office staff use to have a plaque up state I'm the boss here

So far this Clinic has been amazing the girls at the front are very Pleasant to deal with. Dr.Roda is the nicest doctor I've ever met so far he is very informative very thorough and actually cares about your well-being so happy to have found this Clinic.P.S the people that are writing these negative comments are talking about another Clinic that has the similar name so take my word and don't listen to them. Make your own opinion about the clinic.

My family had alot of bad stories with Dr. Kahmedbayev. The worst when he failed to diagnose my child with diabetes 1, he kept saying he is ok despite having clear symptoms until we kept telling him that we suspect that our child is diabetic and we need him to be tested for diabetes, the lab urged us to take him to the emergency immediately because of life threatening levels of ketone, and yes he was diabetic and needed insulin right away. Another time when my daughter was born with a problem with her eyes, Dr. Timor Khamidbaev kept telling us to wipe her eyes with warm water, she became three years old and we had to travel abroad to make her a surgery to save her eyes. The next worst bad experience was when we moved to the north and we wanted to move our files to another family doctor, but we could not find one, the doctor office closed our files before even we could find one. Already 6 months we don't have a family doctor yet. Too many stories I can't tell, I rather have no family doctors than take my family back to him.

Dr. Khumidbayev is amazing and really takes the time to listen and care for his patients. However, it’s completely impossible to get through to the office. Phone calls are NEVER answered during their ours of phone operation, I feel like it might be beneficial to implement an online booking system to cut down on the demand of the phone line. Please consider this as an option for the future… I have been trying to book an appointment for the last few weeks (on and off) and have only gotten through 1 time with the offer of ONE appointment that didn’t work for me.
