All national postal carriers are terrible. They have a monopoly, no motivation to provide reasonable prices or quality customer service. This Ladysmith location of Canada Post is no exception.

I've been calling for three hours and no answer. It's to save gas money!!They can't even pick up the phone to answer a question!! Terrible service!!You are all fired!!

I don't know how anyone who works outside of Ladysmith is expected to be able to pick up a parcel at the Ladysmith Post Office with the ridiculous hours they have. The staff are nice but the hours are very inconvenient.

Update the website for open time during covid19.... this is a government service and the website is wrong for open time. Very hard to gather kids and help with them to daily tasks, we rely on accurate information these days.

Ive called this post office everyday for a week, multiple times and no one answers. After so many rings it goes to the fax machine. This is a government office. Why is the phone number and fax number the same? Unbelievable that the phone is never answered.
