Chocosol is a gem of a place to check out, where you can find some of the most delicious hand crafted chocolate. I spent my birthday here with a group of friends, dining in a private room where we had the incredible cacao and maize tasting menu. The owner is so lovely and knowledgeable, it was such a special night. I recommend this place to everyone!

I have traveled to so many different places in the world and tried different kinds of chocolates, but this place is my favorite. All the flavors are unique and taste incredible, especially the jaguar coffee. The staff is very kind and always happy to serve. We'll Im not surprised because if I would work a place like this I would always be happy for sure.

SO happy my friends and I stumbled upon Chocosol Traders last night. They were so sweet and let us stay past closing time (we totally didn't realize they closed at 8pm). We were offered samples of the finest dark chocolate and we were INSTANTLY hooked!!Safe to say we'll be back again. Along with the chocolate bars and truffles we purchased, we also ordered their vanilla sea salt drinking chocolate. I added milk with mine. Tasty but I'll be ordering it without milk to get the true decadent taste!There's also a bit of seating upstairs. Very cute with a beautiful view. I personally really enjoyed our visit here. The chocolate was beautifully crafted and tasted delicious, the staff went above and beyond + were very friendly and overall the vibes are just IT here.Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the Cherry Dark Cacao chocolate bar. The dried cherry was sour and sweet and gave a pop of contrast to the bittersweet-ness of the dark chocolate.The Vanilla Sea Salt hot chocolate was good; I'd request a bit more sugar next time. The ice chocolate was a bit too watery, and likewise would benefit from a bit more sweetness. I appreciate the free chocolate samples that came with the drinks.Really cute store. Will be back to try the Mint, Jaguar Swirl, and Coffee Crunch chocolate bars!$8/bar, $20/3 bars.

There is a divine grittiness to ChocoSol's chocolate, which makes sense given their sun-soil-soul mantra. You take a bite and you know this is quality chocolate. Not sickeningly sweet, not overly refined, not perfectly processed. But chocolate with character and story - the white cacao swirls of jaguars, the crunch of coffee gods, the merry cheer of cherries and Christmas.ChocoSol is different, in its bean-to-bar mission, and in the taste and type and tone of the chocolate its sun-soil-soul mantra produces. Highly recommend!

Amazing chocolates and you can taste the quality! White cacao is interesting and rare to find, but still my fave and go to is the vanilla and sea salt. Haven’t fell in love with the other flavours, though they are very good quality, just didn’t find the taste combination to work for me as a snacking chocolate.

Some of the best chocolate I've had, great for gifts. I usually pick it up at various locations around the city, but we were in the area so stopped into the flagship store. We had a great experience. Our server offered samples to help us choose, and both people working there were friendly and knowledgeable. The jaguar chocolate made with white cacao beans is unique and I haven't seen it anywhere else. The Jaguar Crunch is my new favourite. The 5 Chili bar is my old favourite. I've tried several others and they're all good!

My all-time favourite, once you try this artisanal and ethically sourced bean-to-bar chocolate there is no turning back! I highly recommend their award winning albino chocolate Jaguar harvest and the Cacao & Kakai bars.Thank you Mathieu, Miguel and all the incredible team, you really pour your hearts and souls into what you do! Not only does everything taste AMAZING, it also feels great to contribute to a business that supports local indigenous farmers around the Americas, ecological regeneration and socially-just practices.
