Always great service and drinks are good but I ordered the black bean egg wrap and it was cold, had just barely been heated. Would have gone back but I had an appointment to get to.

This is my happy place! Every morning these amazing baristas make my day! They are so friendly and kind I enjoy our visits through the drive thru! My coffee always taste great and is almost always Accompanied with a little love note! I would love to give this location 10 stars! Keep up the great work everybody and I’ll see you tomorrow!

2023: 2/5 - The manager (or the guy who seemed to be in charge) was VERY helpful (5/5) though the other staff I talked with earlier were utterly USELSS (0/5)...asked the first guy if they had croissants in stock, he shrugged his shoulders and looked at me with a bewildered look on his face as if he did not know what a croissant was even though there was one in the display case...then he went back to his laptop...like seriously that is the type of customer service this place gives? I appreciate the information from the guy in charge (which is the only reason this was not rated 1/5) but they did not have the product anyhow, plus no packaging as they only individually wrap food products now apparently...for what they charge you figure you would get some sort or packaging if you ordered in large quantities, JUST WOW...will NEVER return to this location...

The Stagg are friendly and always willing to make custom drinks. Recently I have had to go into the store I stead of the drive thru because my daughter has her own cup and you cannot give that through a drive thru. Don't know what difference it makes. But I find this location very inconvenient for parking. If you have to go I side the store, pick the location 5 min further away right by the highway.

I paid for my order with the tap but the cashier said that payment didn't pass, despite the fact that I was pretty sure it was, I taped again by the cashier request. When I checked my bank app I saw a double charge for the order. When I showed it to the cashier he just rumbled something and refunded me . So folks pay attention.
