Had the worst experience with them just now. I ordered some food and it was never delivered and they blamed it on me. I added clear instructions that every driver before the one I had today was able to follow but today is my last time ordering from this site. I would not recommend it. The driver still gets to keep my tip and probably my food too! Horrible experience, worst experience I've had with any restaurant service ever. I couldn't even get a full refund for my order either, just a partial refund. As someone who works in a restaurant I do not understand this and I'll be telling everyone I know not to order from Skip again.

I ordered a taco salad from Wendy’s in Barrie Ontario. The salad did not have Tacos, salsa and sour cream.. the ingredients that always come with the salad. I made refund request and I was denied. This is not the first time I had poor interaction with Skip the Dishes. I do not recommend.

Always had missing items, but this time I’m just done. Take your business else where! I ordered orange juice, soda and chips, mind you, you have to buzz to get access to the building. This courier didn’t even bother buzzing or getting into the building! I’ve tried contacting support and they left the chat twice. They say he took a picture, but refused to show me the picture! I asked security and no skip delivery came through. They refuse me a refund, or to just send another courier out to deliver it. Never received it. Don’t both with skip the dishes, this isn’t even the first time either. Lazy couriers, lazy support and lousy service. I even tipped the guy and wish I could get that back.

Too bad I did not see the previous reviews before I ordered. Wouldn't even give them one star. Ordered for a staff get-together. Was never mentioned that food will arrive in two orders. half order arrived on time. The other half arrived over an hour after the scheduled delivery time. Not sure what skip the dishes were thinking. Should we wait for over an hour and reheat the first order and then have the party? Called customer service..TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. They could not even locate the team who was supposed to deliver the other half. Ofcourse, you can only chat with them online. No one answers the phone, so they can conveniently say goodbye when they have no answers. The guest shared whatever arrived and almost were leaving when the next order arrived. No apology from them. Just a 'here is your order' and when questioned of the delay, he felt he did not have the responsibility to answer me. Well I got a $5.00 credit for the over an hour delay when food worth $100 was wasted as guest had already left. NEVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY if you want to avoid embarrassment in front of guests.

About 10 times my food has been delivered to the wrong address. I make notes on my account to make sure it's delivered to the right place, as it can be confusing.This time I forgot to put down my unit #, and when the driver went to the wrong address completely the support person blamed it on me for forgetting my unit #.And on top of that on credited me 15$ on a 40$ order. There is proof on GPS that the driver never came here, when I brought that up she started she had exhausted all efforts and to have a good night.Name of this person is Weini G.

Just had Bhupinder deliver our food. Although the delivery instructions were extremely clear, Bhupinder choose to leave our food in a hotel lobby with no notice. Once I finally found it, someone else was trying to take it.Looking at the other reviews, looks like skip has some serious work to do

If I could give 0, I wouldHad ordered food today and the driver delivered to the wrong address at a neighbour behind our house. I walked over to collect the food. The home owner was very kind and said he informed driver it's the wrong address. Then he mentioned to me he's never used Skipthedishes or online delivery services... so how did they get his address, who knows!So, we decided to chat to skipthedishes about the food we paid for. Their agent told us we entered wrong address. But we have an account and the address is picked up form the profile we create which in past has been working.We also noticed our address was given as a separate line under the wrong address line in their delivery order so something is wrong with their system on how they add address.Yet, the agent was rude and abrupt enough to insist their system is ok - when we can clearly see our address line below the wrong one in delivery note. He (Jay K) could not bother to confirm the right address and inform the driver to deliver and rectify the whole situation. Instead, he just decides to give a 50% refund and exit the chat!So, we lose 50% of our money, we don't get the food, while facing an arrogant agent who refuses to listen or use his intelligence to understand that an already existing profile/account automatically picks up the address.This company should be sued to oblivion! They are an absolute sham and should not be allowed to continue - disgraceful!Tip for consumers:Avoid this company at all costs !! Disgraceful and unhelpful staff and bad systems and no ability or care to help resolve problems for customers.

SkipTheDishes used to be a good service. In the beginning. You would think having competition would make them step up their game, but they have simply gotten worse over the years and it is the customers who are paying.I've given this company numerous attempts, but for my peace of mind I have to stop using their service. I leave clear instructions on my order so that people can find my place, but at least every other order doesn't end up getting delivered, and there is never communication from the courier. If the order is delivered at all, it's usually delivered to a neighbour or the instructions are ignored entirely. This is unacceptable.SkipTheDishes seems unconcerned with this, though trying to get a refund for something I never received is like fighting a bull. That is without including the times my order has been opened or visibly leaking.I cannot recommend this service to anyone; it's not worth your time and energy.

Tried to order gift cards for my son who's in university. Got automated email back saying that order could not go through, and that I should email customer service. Which I did, to ask what the problem is. Day later, no answer. Tried to order cards a second time. And again, automated reply that order could not go through. Contacted customer service a second time. Still no reply. I give up. Don't know what the issue is but I just ordered cards through Uber Eats and in three minutes, all done. Don't say you weren't warned.

Would give zero stars if I could. Wrong order delivered, website immediately denied my request for a refund, called the service number which just hangs up on you after reading a message. Service chat people will also just quit the chat and refuse to talk to you to resolve your issue. Never will I use Skip ever, ever, ever again. Ever.
