Good Knight Inn

Im a long haul trucker. Ive seen many hotels. I stopped in to this hotel to visit a friend who was staying there. The rooms are disgusting. Bedding get is ripped, floors and walls are dirty have holes and are burned. Shower curtains scary gross. Theres mold around the windows. The lady at the desk is an absolute horrible person. We arrived around 6pm to visit and he was told he was not allowed visitors in his room that he payed for. Not that after seeing the place I would stay for any amount of time it was truly disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog.

No stars for this place. The woman that's is running this place should be put behind bars !!!!! She is taking money from people that have the street as there only other choice. To me the street would be so much better at least you won't get ripped off there or get lice. . The lady always keeps ur damage even if u spend 6 hrs cleaning the dump so u can at least feel comfortable sitting in there. U won't get any sleep because u would have some junkie knocking on your door looking to see what u have in there., so when u leave they can take it. If the owner dosnt take it first. The lady gives u a non smoking room with burn marks clearly from cigarettes all over the place. It smells so bad. Any normal person could not handle this environment. U can get a room for cheaper at the travellodge or a airb n b. I beg u not to go there save ur money ! Buy a tent if u have to way better.

Terrible customer service and place was disgusting and had a cockroach in our room

Our usual hotel was booked up but saw this one right down the street. The lady was very nice at check-in but after being in the room for 5 minutes we had fleas all over us. We went to the office to inform the owner. She took my receipt and said since we went in the room it would not refund our money. We will refer to our credit card company to dispute the charge. There are decent hotels within a mile or so, choose another one

My recommendation, go to Canadian Tire or Walmart and buy yourself a tent and sleeping bag. I think the other reviews speak for themselves. They would have to pay me money to stay here!

I have been to a motel/hotel room in such a horrible shape. I had heard stories about the conditions there but thought they at most exaggerations. They are not! After contacting the front desk about the refrigerator not working a maintenance man came up and replugged it in but after running constantly for three days of it never stopping, it was even obvious to the maintenance man that there was no freon in the cooling system. To rectify the situation a small refrigerator was brought up and plugged in but the old one left to go with the I unmaintained feel of the room. Even on chilly nights it was so humid that the door needed to be left part way open to help fresh air get in the room. I viewed other rooms that were in much worse condition but many people didn't want to be on camera because they would not be able to get out of there and stay elsewhere during COVID quarantine. If you have to stay there, make sure you check your room first before the desk clerk sees your credit card or cash.

This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The woman in the office is extremely rude and does not need to be working out in the public. She charged a useless $50 deposit, on top of the ridiculously overpriced $95 room. We entered our dingy room to find that the sheets and towels were stained and smelled horribly. It seemed as if nothing in the room had ever been washed. The other guests in the motel seemed to be long-term tenants that were on drugs. Feeling uncomfortable, we went down to the office to return the room and to find a different hotel to stay in, and the lady in the office had the audacity to tell us some unbelievable lie that she couldn't give us our money back and that she had never given a refund once the keys have been handed out. We pleaded and pleaded but she would not give us our money back. Is this how you treat your customers? She took complete advantage of us because we were younger (in our early 20s), and knowing that we couldn't do anything, we had no choice but to stay in the disgusting room we paid for. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a motel/hotel; we were taken complete advantage of. I would rather sleep in a car than this horrible place. Do not stay here.

Avoid at all costs. In addition to a severe bed bug infestation, the room was filthy and smelled of years of cigarette smoke. I left as soon as the bed bugs started to bite, and then the owner tried to blame me for bringing them! A tent under an overpass would be a better option.

This is the worst place ever.... Between the roaches and bed bugs the absolute worst part is the evil witch of a lady that runs it! She is by far the most vile human being I have ever come across . This place is straight out of a B- rated horror/comedy movie, negative 5 stars for the stay +5 for the entertainment of the 3 floors of crack heads and meth freaks trolling up and down the hallways all day and night, oh and don't forget when you leave for an hour take everything with you or the wicked witch owner or long term residents break in every time and foot through and take your belongings ...better to watch this as a movie than actually sty here and live through it. .... Ugh

Awful in so many ways. Disgusting. Dirty. Incredibly nosey owner. At 1 am I was laying in bed trying to sleep. All the sudden I hear an obviously intoxicated fella trying to open my door. I got u p and looked out the window. I see the owner lady standing under my window trying to look into my room. I can only assume she sent the drunk to my room for whatever weirdo reasons she had....there's no reason that kind of disgusting behaviour even makes sense. I have never met someone with such a sense of self entitlement in regards to breaking the standard hotel etiquette rules. The level of ignorance is out f control. Packed my things and left as soon as the sun came up.
