I went into the store to purchase a pair of boots. They weren't in stock, but the employees were helpful and ordered" them from the supplier. I could've ordered them myself at the time for an additional 15% off

Best shoe store anywhere. They had everything we needed and they are carrying these (see photo) made in Canada winter boots with traction cleats for dog walking and hiking. Good for -35. Very reasonably priced for an all leather product. Thanks Roy and Louie!

Enjoyed shopping there. The man and his dog Louie are so nice. The young lady working there was very helpful, she can multi task and keep all customers satisfied. Very knowledgeable and great customer service.

I like going here for running shoes!!! There are always some Saucony shoes on sale, and there is a great variety of colors, and sizes, for men and women! I was impressed with the number of choices my son had for shoes too. He is a size 12.5 or 13 men's! The lady was friendly and helpful. Also, a cute dog greets you at the door. I have been there before and will definitely go back. The only reason I do not want to give them 5 stars is that they do not do exchanges nor refunds. I like it when they have running shoes on 2/$100!!!

Staff seemed very eager to help, but the inventory was stacked everywhere and too overwhelming for my patience. Left store within 3 minutes of arriving. It's not meant to be a bad review, I just did not like the 'organized chaos'. Heard many positive experiences from others, but this is not my idea of shoe shopping.

Highly recommend starting your hunt for the perfect pair here. I was in a pinch looking for the perfect pair of shoes and stumbled upon this gem. I found a pair of Florsheim Limited dress shoes that where exactly what I was looking for. I took the last pair that was the perfect fit and style for me.They have a wide variety of styles, staff is super friendly and accommodating. As I stated before, please start your hunt here. The shoes I got were cheaper than the mainstream stores and the quality was much better. I can't speak for the other brands because as soon as I seen the pair I wanted I refused to look for anything else.You can find the perfect pair of shoes for you here and if you can't just look elsewhere. Again, start here!

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with the stitching on a pair of shoes due to a manufacturing defect and the owner replaced them. They exceeded my expectations. Have purchased many shoes here over the years and will continue to shop here and recommend them.
