I was looking for a Canadian source for baseball gloves for Christmas, not exactly in season. Source for sports not only had the exact glove I wanted in stock, they shipped it almost immediately and I received it 3 days later. These guys hit it out of the park and I would highly recommend buying from them! Thank you so much for making my son's Christmas a whole lot better!

Sportco relaced the pocket of the ball glove for our Kitchener Panthers player. The service took only a couple days and was far quicker & less costly than buying (and working in!) a new ball glove.This store has everything for every sport and great prices. Don't bother heading to the big box stores with inexperienced employees; Sportco is staffed by experts who custom fit all the gear and service it, as well.A great experience, all around.

I love Zach at Sportco. I take my son to him with all our baseball needs. He makes sure we get the right stuff while being price conscious. He is helpful, friendly and professional. We love Sportco for their selection and customer service! Won't shop anywhere else!

Pretty disappointed with Sportco. I've been going there for a while in an attempt to support local. Tonight I learned the hockey stick I purchased, regular 349.99, for 149.99 is regular price 149.99. Take a look at the hockey stick man. They even labeled it as a flite under cover hockey stick, which is a lie. Infact I've been told the same stick will be $99 at a tournament I'm at in two weeks. Sportco, you've lost a customer and someone who spoke highly of you.

Went in with a gift card. Showed the balance online of $50. The manager refused to even try the card. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Was rude and unprofessional. Do not spend your money here.

Broke my hockey stick so I was in need of a new one. They helped me pick a great stick and even got a sweet 2 for 1 deal. They had many good sticks for all different price ranges (including some of the newest sticks on the market). The person talking with me was extremely helpful and knew a lot about sticks!

I recently purchased a new pair of skates from Sportco. Without question, the customer service provided by Zach in the selection and fitting of my new skates was superior! It could not have been better. Zach took his time, asked me questions, and matched me with a product that met not only my performance needs, but also my pocketbook. My new True skates are the best fitting and performing skates I have ever owned. Thank you Zach and thank you Sportco.

Another poor experience.The sales representative I dealt with in my previous two visits demonstrated the uncanny ability to give inaccurate information about a product I was searching for, but also began to double-down on his ignorance by changing his tone to that of condescension when I attempted to correct him.No one expects the sales representative to have a doctorate on each product in your store, but misinforming a customer to sell what inventory you do have is low.There will not be a third visit.

Visited the store today, and was greeted by Zack, who knows all things baseball. Was looking for a couple of gloves for my 11-year-old who plays, Zack was very patient in finding the right gloves for his needs.Zach gave his recommendations and the WHY as well which was important too.A great shopping experience, thanks Zack and also Liam making sure we walked out with the right equipment.So if you're going to visit the store, ask for Zack or Liam and they will definitely help you out!
