I came in to Sun Country without an appointment and after having broken down near Kamloops but 200 km from home. I was concerned about what had gone wrong with the vehicle and whether I could reliably return home the same day. I was pleasantly surprised that despite being fully booked the service department quickly diagnosed my problem, recommended some future action and assured me I could make it home the same day. Battery ran out on my 2017 Toyota Sienna and had to jumpstart it. After doing so, it had a check engine light saying there was a malfunction with our AWD. When this happened I was literally relocating my family to Vancouver. I called the service centre, explained the situation and Brendan (or Brandon) was able to take us in within 5 min. They fixed the problem in less than an hour. They were super understanding and accommodating when we needed help. Thank you!!

Toyota Sun country dealership did an excellent job with my 4runner services. They are committed to providing the best service as they provided parts warranty when I had my break and rotor replacement that got worn out sooner than expected wearing unevenly upon investigation during my vehicles routine maintenance. I was only charged a minimal amount for the miscellaneous parts that were replaced with the new rotor and break pads that should cost about 1200 to 1600 Cnd. The staffs were courteous and welcoming in providing professional services to every customer. I am a satisfied customer at the Toyota Suncountry dealership.

Had a really great shopping experience with Michael! The customer service from Sun Country Toyota has always been outstanding. We did not end up purchasing a vehicle from them this time but I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I really appreciated the professionalism, courteously, call backs and help in our car shopping journey.

This review is long overdue. In January I was trading in my Tesla for a RAV4 Trail edition. The actual car salesman was fantastic, and he was doing everything in his power to provide a quality experience for me, and I could not have been happier with him. With that said, I received nothing but disrespect from the owner at one point while we were making a deal on it AND HAD AGREED ON A PRICE, they literally went out of their way to call a lady to come down to test drive THE SAME VEHICLE that I was purchasing. The only reason I didn’t walk out right then and there was because my car salesman was an amazing guy and I didn’t want to do that to him. It was great karma when the lady who came down with her daughter to test drive the vehicle did not want to purchase the car. Needless to say, I ended up purchasing the vehicle, but I wrote into the contract that the owner himself had to come down from his office upstairs, and had to look me dead in the face, and she apologized for the absolutely awful experience that I was provided. As mentioned, the car salesman was the only reason I purchased from there and he has since left Sun Country Toyota to go work at a better dealership. I can’t say I blame the guy. The fact it is July right now as I write this review (I purchased my vehicle in January) should attest to the absolute atrocity of an experience I went through at this dealership.They were also very inexperienced with the process of bringing the vehicle in from BC and tried to overcharge me.Go literally anywhere else.

I continue to enjoy the experience I have with Sun Country Toyota. Sometimes they are busy and it is hard to get hold of them over the phone but once you have an appointment booked, you have a peace of mind that your car is in good hands. I really like the shuttle service. When your car is in need of repair but you still need to get to work, it is nice Sun Country Toyota offers the shuttle to get to your work and you can coordinate the pick up. The services are sometimes more expensive than your local mechanic but one advantage they have is that they use original equipment manufacturer products which means the parts work with your Toyota and the repair is completed without problems.

Terrible experience with this dealership. We waited 2 weeks for a vehicle to come on the lot and we’re told we had the “first kick at the can” when it was ready to be sold. The dealer called us to let us know it was ready to go so we made plans to go in the very next day with every intention to purchase only to have it sold before our appointment. The manage didn’t care in the least. I will happily take my business somewhere that values their customers over
