What makes a good product is great service. You do not know the quality of service until your faced with an issue with your own system. We faced a unique issue. The Water Clinic never gave up. They phoned us to check in. The tech support came directly to us when needed. They answered every single one of our questions and navigated us over the phone until the issue we were faced with was resolved. We were so thankful for all of the positive interactions, the materials, and the continued support after the issue was resolved. We HIGHLY recommend the Water Clinic!

This is a very good system, the water now coming out of our water taps is clear, clean and has no aftertaste at all.To change the pre-filter filter is easy as well. This system is not cheap to buy but worth every penny.The customer service we have received so far from the head office is very goodand we would recommend the water clinic to everybody in search of clean and tasteless water

Couldn't ask for a better company! Water is so good now. The service couldn't get any better...prompt friendly reliable and very knowledgeable. I knew nothing about water systems and filters etc and it was thoroughly explained to us...plus follow up calls to check that we were satisfied! I've been recommending to every one I know!

Water is a decent price for ‘fill your own’ service. The area could use a good cleaning but as long as the filtration system is being cleaned ..I hope! Then it’s worth the price you’re paying for for water.
