New Life Prenatal Classes Toronto

My partner and I had the pleasure of attending 2 virtual prenatal classes with Effie Pallotta and they were really great! Effie is a really dynamic presenter who genuinely cares and has a passion for what she’s teaching about. On top of that Effie also went above and beyond answering our questions and following up with resources. I’m feeling much better prepared and empowered with all the knowledge she passed on in a clear and engaging way. WORTH EVERY PENNY.

I got to know about New life prenatal classes through google. And they provide at home in person classes as well. Hence, I got a chance to meet Effie, we had a detailed class for almost 5 hours , shes excellent when it comes to newborn care , labour and delivery care as well. She has experience of over 30 years and that comes through in the class. Me and husband feel much more confident after the class to take care of our little princess. Its highly recommended for a first time parent.

Effie is a wonderful human, super friendly and a pro at what she does! This class helped my hubby and I prepare for what is to come. We are first time parents, and having a safe, interactive space to discuss all our concerns and expectations was truly a privilege. I love how accessible and affordable it is too... We also met some wonderful people in this class. I recommend New Life to any new parents/couples starting a family. Thank you so much Effie for giving us the opportunity to learn from you!

So glad that we got to attend the 4 week in person classes with Effie. We got to ask ALL the questions, practice a host of things including labour positions, prelabour partner support, swaddling, baby changing etc and meet a great group of people all in a similar lifestage. Effie was well informed with up to date knowledge and her communication was clear and inclusive. My husband and I feel so much more comfortable going into the birth of our first child. Would totally recommend the course - thank you so much!!

I had the great experience of bringing Effie to my home for her 5 hour course called the full prenatal class.Effie was very friendly and my wife and I had a great class experience.   We were able to invite our family and my mother joined us.She brought a ton of theory and information regarding Preparing for Labour and Birth and Life with our baby.   The information she provided was thorough and insightful.Her course also had practical components where she taught, guided and helped us practice things like changing a baby's diapers, techniques on lying down for my wife for comfort, and techniques on massages to help my wife with pain management.Effie also sent us a follow up email after our course with a ton of information, links, and pdfs that covered everything in the course and more information. Very detailed and thorough.After this course, my wife and I feel we have a better picture of having birth and after birth in Ontario.  She even provided us with detailed information about what to expect at Scarborough General hospital when we go there for our child's birth.I would highly recommend Effie's services and classes as she is very knowledgeable, and intuitive and her 29+ years of experience really showed.Thank you Effie!

I have had a great experience learning from Effie for the private full prenatal class. She was super helpful and explained all labour and delivery process along with child health care postpartum. She also provided extra information that regular hospital online prenatal classes do not provide such as useful additions to hospital bag items, pelvic floor physiotherapist, etc. Her lesson is not only informative but very hands-on. Thus I was able to retain and consolidate that information. Thank you so much for your lovely lessons Effie!

Engaging & extremely informational! Highly recommend Effie’s in-person pre-natal classes! She is humourous and makes sure the questions are answered! You will develop hands-on skills for both birthing prep and postpartum prep! I looked forward to every class with pen and notebook in hand to take in all the wealth of knowledge she shared! She has over 30+ years of experience in supporting others in preparing for their baby :)
