My wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with the “Two Mikes” at the Red Deer location Western RV Country this past week. We flew in from Vancouver to check out a 2022 Kodiak Cub. The sales manager, Mike Bussi, was very friendly, and extremely helpful. He had the unit we were interested in all set up and plugged in for our inspection. He gave us a thorough tour, and answered every question we had. He also made a list of the few deficiencies the trailer had, and promised to have them all corrected. Once we decided to make the purchase, we met the Finance Manager, Mike Conley. He patiently went through the sales agreement, as well as the various options that were available to us. We made a deal that we were very happy with, and agreed to pick the trailer up in May.We would highly recommend dealing with the “Two Mikes” at Western RV Country for your next trailer purchase.

We were so happy about the experience of purchasing our Apex Nano 15x, from start to finish! Mike, our sales person was wonderful to communicate with, and did not put any pressure upon us at all. Last Thursday afternoon we were in a bit of a panic for service on our 22' Travelaire motorhome, and Jason in their Service Dept was able to complete the repairs through their onsite technician. All is well and repairs are so far so good. We very pleased with their timely service and at a reasonable price, and would recommend their services for routine or panic situations.
