Daniele and his team was awesome. They put a lot of effort to clean my newly renovated house. There was paint all over hard wood floor and dust in each and every cabinet. They cleaned it thoroughly and did not leave until I was satisfied. I saved his number for mext cleaning.

We had a very very positive experience with MadeKleen. They were flexible with our requests, very thorough and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable. We were moving into a pre-owned home that had lots of old dirt stuck to the inside of appliances/floors/insides of cupboards but they were able to get everything looking brand new again. We couldn’t be more grateful. We would definitely recommend MadeKleen again

It took me a very long time to find a cleaning service that best suited my needs until I came across Madekleen! I absolutely loved the services they provided. They are 100% reliable and goes above and beyond for their clients to make sure that they are satisfied and I can truly say that I was beyond satisfied! When speaking with the owner Deinelle, he made sure to clarify any questions that I had, he was very professional and polite. I just want to say thank you so much to Deinelle and his team!

MadeKleen staff came to my apartment for a deep clean for $140, this deep clean" was barely a clean

MadeKleen and their team did an exceptional job on a move out clean of a rental property which the tenant left an utter mess. From the first call to payment, everything was so smooth and stress free. Price was very reasonable compared to other companies and the quality and professionalism was way beyond. I had hired cleaners previously who charged an outrageous price, left the job half done, and failed to keep me informed properly. I called Made Kleen and what a difference! I got quick responses, answers to all my questions, great communication and follow up. The cleaning girls went above and beyond, all with a smile, and left the place spotless! For the amount of clutter they removed, they even put it aside neatly as requested! I was so amazed! My new favorite cleaning service, don't waste your time or money on anyone else.

I love the MadeKleen team! My house is cleaned thoroughly each month. There is always good communication with Denielle, he even gives tips for cleaning certains things like shower heads etc. It’s great value for excellent service. You won’t be disappointed.

Had them scheduled for post Reno clean $90 for 2 person per/hr. 1 person showed up and advised other person would join. Hour later I get text advising they are leaving as other person didn’t show up, they left the house unlocked without letting me know. Wouldn't recommend, not professional

They cancelled on a cleaning job last minute after a day long conversation about the work details. Very unprofessional .

Beware of this company. I have never hired a cleaning company before but Made Kleen seemed like they were reputable.Unfortunately, the whole experience was quite disappointing.I had a detailed phone conversation prior to my booking the deep clean, with clear follow up emails (which included a detailed checklist from them outlining the differences between a regular clean and a deep clean). I was told a deep clean is $125/hr and would take 3-4 hours with 3-4 people. I also inquired about regular house cleanings should I wish to hire them in regular intervals in the future. I was told a 3500 square foot house is $200-$250 for a regular house clean. It was confirmed via email that I would have a deep clean on March 30. I expressed that it could not take longer than 4 hours and they emailed back (photo provided) assuring me it would be less than 4 hours.Essentially none of what we discussed, either by phone or email is what transpired.I booked a deep clean, which is not what I received.I was assured that there would be 3-4 people and it would take less than 4 hours. Instead, 2 people showed up, at the wrong time, on the wrong day and it took 7 .5 hours. It wasn’t until the end that we all realized that the cleaners were not told to do a deep clean.So, all of the things I was looking forward to being cleaned were not- no grout,-no doors,-not the inside or the range hood of the oven,-not the cabinet doors,-not the door frames-individual knickknacks were not cleanedBehind the stove and beside the fridge were cleaned only when the ladies realized the error.I specifically chose a deep clean because these are all areas that I have not had time to give special attention to.I had to remop the floor because whatever product is used left a slippery, waxy film.Additionally, I received a call at 9:30 (while I was at work) from one of the cleaners that she had banged the toilet and caused it to leak. When I reached out to the manager I was assured they would look into it further and call me back but they never did. I had to call my father to go and turn the water off so that the leak didn’t ruin my house and later I had to fix the leak on my own.All in all, the whole experience was very inconvenient and disheartening. At every misstep MadeKlean had the opportunity to rise up and do better, instead another misstep was made. When I notified them of all of these errors they stated there would “take full ownership and responsibility for the events that took place” but then sent me an invoice for the deep clean. They did offer to come back and fulfill the deep clean services, but would you have this company back in your home? Both my husband and I had lengthy phone conversations with the owner who accused us of being racist and was adamant that because the blinds were cleaned they did a deep clean.I was provided, at best, the regular cleaning service. I am willing and offered to pay for the regular cleaning service at the high end of their quote, $250. Madekleen is refusing to send me a new invoice.I have provided photos as evidence that a deep clean was not done and subsequently found that my hardwood floors were damaged when they moved the fridge. Please learn from our mistake and do not hire this company.P.S. you’ll notice that one of the google reviews has been done by the manager of the company.
