I have been with World for a little over 4 months and I can say I've gotten more experience and opportunity then I ever had before. I am very thankful every day that my Director saw potential in a small city girl and took the time out of his busy day to just show me where I can go. They also don't leave you free falling and they are willing guide you and show you everything you can do to get your foot in the door. Not only is my Director super amazing and helpful. The whole entire staff that I have had the privilege of meeting and spending time with on the On-stay trip are very genuine and want you succeed. I can't wait to work with them again and see what's next!

I've been with World Management Inc since April 2022 and my experience with them is this, I have had an incredible casting director, Mat Tomczyk. He has been very pleasant and helpful with any questions I have had, he's super fast to reply, and always willing to educate me on anything I don't know the answer to. I myself am 5'3 and darker skin with blonde mixed hair so have I gotten a million castings no, I have gotten some, I've even gotten a spread in Portfolio Magazine! but I am a LIFESTYLE model with only boudoir experience prior to my signing, my skills are going to continue to grow (they've already grown substantially since being signed) and I have confidence that as my time with WORLD grows my castings will grow because Mat believes in me. He had confidence in me from the very beginning. During the meet and greet he made me feel so at ease and I felt confident he really believed I had what it takes to represent WORLD well. I recently submitted a photoshoot I did privately and he gave me a ton of information to get my photos published because he felt they were that good. To me, that's a casting director on your side who wants to see you succeed. Not only that Mat has sent me every single casting that has been available, he works ROUND THE CLOCK to send out castings, day in and day out, No matter the time, just to make sure you get a booking. I whole heartedly believe the World team wants every model to succeed and be at the top. And I cant wait to see where World and I go over the next year. If your considering World as your management, I highly recommend going with them as your first team because you can be yourself, you are a free bird, you can have freedom to explore your self interests and still be represented by a company!

i do not have one bad word to say. the amazing photographers we were surrounded by were welcoming and beyond sweet. they took us in like we were their own. by the first night all of the other models were like sisters not only to me but to each other and when i left it was hard to believe that i did not know any of these people upon my arrival. there was not one moment i ever felt uncomfortable, in fact everyone in that house continued to raise each others confidence. overall, it was a truly amazing experience and i am so grateful i got to attend and meet everyone.

ABSOLUTE SCAM.unless you’re willing to pay thousands of dollars for the possibility at a shoot (maybe as they say it’s very competitive)Then move along.It’s a constant money grab first for photos then materials then portfolios (500$ for an online portfolio really?) and prints? . i even did my own photos externally at 100$ and they said they were amazing only to ask me in the same email for more money. And they don’t tell you about the next thing they need" you to pay for until you’ve paid the last one. HUGE SCAM. Avoid at all costs.i will gladly post all the email correspondence if needed ."

World Management is the best agency. Daniel and every single one of the agents who work there are highly skilled, very professional and so kind. Working with World Management has been nothing but an amazing experience. In the short months I have been with World Management, I am already getting ready to leave for a contract to work overseas. I am beyond satisfied to be represented by such a strong team of hardworking agents who truly have your back. I highly recommend working with World Management if you are considering getting into the industry! You won't regret it!

The onstay was honestly one of the best experiences of my life. Not only did I get to work with some incredibly talented people, but I also gained more confidence in myself. This was one of the best weekends ever, and one I will never forget. I want to thank all of the wonderful models and photographers I got to share this experience with, they were all so kind and welcoming, it made the shoots feel more comfortable and natural to do. While it is a bit expensive, I'd say it was definitely worth the experience!!

As a parent of a 17 year old I appreciate an agency and directors that are genuine, honest, supportive, and encouraging. My daughter has been with WM for a few months now and it has been a fun, exciting, and rewarding experience. Mat has been great! He is professional and supportive 100%. My daughter truly feels like she is part of a team that cares for each model. That was not our experience with another agency in the city. Ava with WM has also been super supportive and my daughter is a big fan of hers. It is awesome to be with an agency that is also so well respected by photographers, MUAs, and community partners. Keep up the great work WM!

World Management has been incredible to work with on our photo and video projects. Mat is always a fantastic casting director to work with and has great communication. Highly recommend.
